DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE. I bought some furniture and they told me the wait time was going to be five weeks so I patiently waited for it to arrive and upon delivery I realized that the furniture with a completely different color than what I ordered. I went back to the store and was basically blown off and told I'd need to speak to the manufacturers customer service. They're basically trying to convince me that I'm crazy and l it's the lighting and I must be looking at it wrong however I took pictures, the driver agreed that it's a different color plus I bought multiple people with me to the store and to see the furniture that was delivered to confirm I'm not nuts. It was suggested that I haul some of my furniture to the showroom floor to compare the two so that I could see that they are actually the same color and when I inquired about if I were to do that and we find that they are in fact different what would be our next steps and was basically told they don't know. Maybe I am crazy but to me the store model clearly looks beige and brown and what was delivered is clearly gray. I do still like the design and I don't even completely hate the gray color but it's the fact that I want what I paid for and they're basically not assisting me at all and calling me crazy that's rubbing me the wrong way.

The customer service is horrible-- I've dealt with Rana for years and have NEVER been given the run around and treated in such a way.. The drivers put a dent in my brand new 5 chest dresser and instead of swapping for a new one - They decided to call the Mr Fix it company J&J Furniture who came and made matters worse by spray painting BRAND NEW FURNITURE a totally different color plus bent 1 of the drawers - from there it was down hill - 1 hand blamed the other and it was back and forth.. Randy answers the phone and it is obvious they're reading from a script-- I finally spoke with the manager and she was no help at all.. Never took accountability for the actions of their workers. HORRIBLE- Would Not Recommend to anyone-- wish I could give 0 stars they don't deserve the 1 star

The furniture is pricey, not many options to choose from and don't offer a wide variety of styles or colors. The sales rep that helped us was more worried about his commission than really focusing on our needs. He showed us everything we DIDN'T want, including trying to get us to add items onto our purchase so we could get 24 months interest free payment plan. Sorry, we came there to look at couches not buy rugs or mirrors. He actually got upset that we told him we'd call if we were interested but that we would keep looking online because we saw a better deal. The place was a turn off and lacked professionalism.

Super bad service,they just want to get your money, no inventory control, 2 days before our delivery date they told us they didn't have the mattress we ordered a month in advance, went to the store to try to find another option, and they said they had some in stock and it was a lie, we had to get our mattress from another store, 0% reccomended

The worst store to buy. I've never had a worst experience. They have something on the showroom, that is completely different from what they deliver, bad condition. Super expensive furniture and when it arrived, it was stained, badly assembled, and very poor quality. I returned the furniture the same day it arrived, they only took one piece out of the truck and they want to charge me for the delivery, I have been waiting for 2 weeks now for them to return my money. Never buy there I'm telling you from experience.

I found this company just randomly furniture shopping with a friend. I was very impressed! So, I had to go back there for my own furniture after I moved. I chose them & I can tell you that.... This company is the best!!!!!!!!! Omg! They always have very nice, quality furniture. Everything was beautiful & selling out so fast! I ordered most of my home furniture from here. Caught very, very great sales! Even went back to get a home bar & matching stools. Yes, a fully built home bar! Didn't have any problems with delivery of any of the furniture. Their customer service is excellent! They have always called me back & they definitely honor their warranty. They came out & touched up any little thing. Nothing was too big or too small. I'm very pleased with this company. I will definitely shop with them 1st before I purchase any furniture elsewhere. In fact, I feel like I owe them some more money for their awesomeness & need to go order some more stuff from them! They won a lifetime customer & recommendations in me

Carolina is EXTREMELY RUDE. Avoid her at all cost. Nothing but a disrespectful thief who is only worried about getting a sale. Very rude to everyone in the store. Saw her disrespect multiple clients besides myself. Save your self the time and if you here someone introduce themselves as "Carolina"RUN
