It is very unfortunate I have to leave a bad review. But, let me get straight to the point. I took my clothes to get washed and fold. Once I received it from the Dominican lady who is an employee there and she handover all my clothes washed and fold and it even smelled really good but, unfortunately once I got home half of my clothes had holes in them. I was informed that those holes can be caused at times from the dryer. I personally then decided to reach out to the owner because the phone number was given to me by the employee. She informed me to reach out to him and to take pictures and send it to him. Which I did. I reached out to the owner mind you on July 9th and he never got back to me until yesterday July 19 because I ended up reaching out to him. I asked him the following : “ Today is the 19th? I was giving you time but, notice you never got back to me. He then replied the following: “ Hi, sorry for not getting back to you. I did pull the video footage of us washing and drying your clothes and talked with the attendants and also shows them your photo. Unfortunately, it looks like normal wear and tear and there is nothing we can do about it and will not be giving any further refund or credits. How in the world!!!!!! You’re going to tell me that my clothes got holes because of normal wear and tear when my black dress and the rest of my clothes are basically new. How you going to determine a finally decision my look at a video? How does that even make any sense? Boyyyyy please!!!! You need to be more professional and have some consideration and empathy. You definitely disrespected me by saying that more then half of my clothes are damaged due to normal wear. I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone

I was in this laundry and I was delighted with the service of the young Dominican woman who is an extremely kind person. The space is very clean and the ambient music is of quality. The air conditioning works very well, in the exact measure. The place is frequented by very nice people and I'm loving living here in the region. I'll be back every week. Congratulations to the whole team and thank you very much for everything.

I left my work uniform to be washed and some white clothes it was a bad experience and bad idea. I believe it was the white Cuban guy the Hispanic guy who’s in the front who washed my clothes. I told him that I needed my uniform wash for the same day because I work at night. He said ok. When I picked up my clothes all my black uniform had white stain on it like residue and my white clothes turn all black. This is unacceptable. I have been trying to call them and nobody answers the phone.

I honestly never write reviews but I had a good experience so I thought I would do them the favor. Been here a few times, place is nice and clean. Usually come on Sunday nights and its not too busy. Had a conversation with one of the owners and he seems to be a genuinely nice guy! They seem to care about their customers and to want improve their quality of service! Had a problem with the app charging double for extra wash cycle and the owner rectified it by giving me the dryer time for free. Really good customer service. Thanks.
