Scandalous. I stopped in to buy an elfbar and the cashier a young African American male rung me up for a $52 miscellaneous purchase. Their price on elfbars was $26. I CALLED AND THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO FIX IT

Excellent customer service ,Great selection of quality name brand cigars in a well kept humidor. I frequent this spot more than the local cigar shops.

I am not sure if the owner doesn't care but not answering the phone is bad business especially if you dont have a developed website. The young man in there was ok but he didnt know about his inventory.
