“Shoutout to the store manager & pickup employee for going above and beyond in customer service this evening. We ordered an Instacart Pickup for the first time & we didn’t know we had to wait for it in a designated parking spot. Our order was missing a few things because the Instacart shopper couldn’t be bothered to wait for our items at the Deli! Needless to say he refunded the items that were ready to be picked up! This team was very helpful and completed our order themselves, which is why I’ll just order from Publix directly if I can! Thank you David & Team! “Friendly employees and a well organized store. Not my regular Publix, but, even in a rush, I found condiments and desserts easily, no stress in the aisles! They were closing because of the rain deluge but the store manager was just as courteous and kind with us shopping till the last moment. He gave us local advice, too, what flooded street to avoid. “I placed an order at this publix location and they misplaced my order. I left the store disappointed. 15 minutes later, I received a call from the manager apologizing for the inconvenience. He told me they were going to get my order ready and the manager himself delivered my order 40 minutes later! Wow truly amazing!

“Today I had some coupons I wanted to try for cold brew coffee and kombucha which are two items I really love but do not have the pleasure to always indulge in. I am inside and I see a diverse workforce, so I am a happy camper. After grabbing my items I decided to drink my cold brew outside by the fountain and do some people watching before heading to the park to get some steps in. Wandering Bear coffee was great, not too sweet but flavorful at the same time. If you want to try out a new cold brew I would definitely give Wandering Bear at Whole Foods a try.”

I almost went to another publix today, but I'm glad I went to this location instead. Some deli counters have been lacking but not here, as soon as I walked up she asked me if binneeded help, best sub from publix in a long time. Everything was stocked and clean too, great job!”

“Shopping here is always productive for unique items that are harder to find in traditional grocery stores. That being said, the store lacks essential items needed for cooking at a reasonable price. Know what they have and what they don't, that way you don't waste your time.

“This place is busy after 5 pm on a weekday. There is limited parking out front. I suggest parking behind the Publix. That being said, it is fairly large and has a bunch of items. Just be prepared for a wait at the Deli and checkout if you go after work.”

The owner Donald introduced me to his “nada empanadas” a flourless empanada made with delicious date outer shell and a frozen fruit filling. Exactly the tasty, natural pick-me-up I was looking for!”
