“From time to time I like dropping-in in various different Miami CrossFit gyms.Coach Ray was very welcoming as well at the 6 PM class. He constantly challenged me while also meeting me where I am at, always creating a positive experience. He is quite simply one of the best trainers I've encountered in my life.However, what I loved the most about Body Routers Fitness is the sense of community the gym offers. It is hands down one of the best drop in classes l've taken since joining CrossFit. There is no weak link among them.They are passionate and very knowledgeable about what they do and they do it very well.No matter where you are with your fitness journey, you will definitely find a home and always feel welcome here at Body Routers Fitness.In addition, super clean establishment from their equipment to their bathroom which is extremely important. Loved their graffiti upon entering.Highly recommended if you're in the area to go check a class!”
