Perhaps, this business model has led major chains to promote their new business models by lowering their prices. The fact that their inventory is somewhat limited is precisely what allows them to offer lower prices than most other stores. The Biscayne store has plenty of parking and its site is compact and yet easily maneuverable. “Cheapest groceries (think fruits and veggies) that are usually super fresh. Ex: $1 per pound of red peppers. They also have hard to find things like middle eastern groceries, special mushrooms (crimini, etc), black radishes, yellow beets, herbs, and so much more, and again all at cheap prices. “I recently became a fan of Aldi since their produce is fresh and at a good price. They also sell several different organic items for an affordable price compared to other stores. I don’t think I’ve ever seen an employee besides by the cashier area so you’ll have to navigate around the store on your own. It isn’t a huge store so it won’t take you long. Free large parking lot so you won’t struggle finding parking. They do charge for bags so I would recommend just take a big reusable bag so you can help save our planet. You pay a quarter to get a cart but I usually don’t get many things so I haven’t had to use it. Cashier moves so fast when scanning your items and they also have self check-out. I”

“Bill is a very nice guy that loves trees. He has a day job so it is obvious that he grows mango and avocado trees out of interest. This is great because he is very knowledgeable about the trees and likes to share his experience with you. I bought a nice mango tree from him at a very reasonable price and he walked me through the steps of planting it and caring for it. He even gave some special fertilizer for free that i needed to use immediately after planting the tree. Overall if you need mango or avocado trees go and talk to him. You will be glad you did.”

“Yes yes yes. So glad there's an Aldi nearby. This slashed our bill and our stress compared to other supermarkets. Sure it's a little smaller, and the quarter game you have to play to get your cart can be a little unexpected, but it is so worth it! We find 95% of what we need here, sometimes 100%, at way lower prices. There's also way less people, hence less stress. Some of my favorite food to pick up here include their delicious Brioche buns, Pork Coppa Steaks, Chicken Breast, peanut butter, eggs, milk (almond and regular) protein powder (it's great) and all kinds of odds and ends. Parking is fine at the Doral location. Service is good. They recently added self checkout which was a little awkward but still not bad. Also recommend you bring some bags in your car to help offload them at home.”
