“This is almost one of those "this is too good to be true" moments. I didn't even have to step in the store. I told him what I wanted. Was approved quick he ordered it and I picked it up from the best buy 3 blocks from my place an hour later. It was there ready just showed my id. I cant believe how unbelievably easy that was.. I dont think ever in my life has something went that smooth lol. Anyway I dont know what the store is like I've never even seen it, but I can tell you the customer service is phenomenal!! He even texted me back later to see how everything went and if I was happy. Outstanding. I would go there again or should I say do this again. and definitely will refer friends”

“AT&T store location at NW 183rd St and 27th Ave was the third store I visited when my phone broke a week ago.After being told that my phone was dead and that I had lost everything and the only solution was to buy a new phone, I walked into this 183rd street store and met Daniel. Daniel was able to help me replace my phone and he knew how to transfer everything from the broken phone so I didn't lose anything. I have all my contacts, pics, videos and more. “This review goes to the worker in Starbucks named Matthew, first of all I never write reviews but after today I really believe he earned it. I came here two days in a role and both days it was a pleasure being there. He treats everyone so nice and makes sure to give the customer the attention needed. Every customer I saw that he took his order always had a smile on their face. His recommendation of drink was even good, I honestly think he deserves a raise cause he is just that good. As to the others worker they also did a good job but Matthew stands out”
