I've been visiting this gas station for 15 years and never had a single problem with any staff or any manager. I hope more people who have good experiences like me will be able to share it. This place doesn't deserve two starts.

July 26, 2019 at 1:20pm. Tell me why I got off at work and decided to buy some snacks. Manager rude as always don't care but when I'm at the check out please tell me why on earth you have an 8 year old in there with the employees? Especially having an 8 year old boy by the coffee machine which is steaming hot. THAT IS CHILD ENDANGERMENT!!!!!! No kids under 16 should be where the employees are. Enrique is definitely asking to get sued! Careless from all the people working there! They should fire the manager and hire a better one just by having a child near the the steam where it can cause certain degrees of burn and especially with steaming hot food near them and knowing the floor is always wet that child could fall! If corporate is looking at this they should look at the camera and have Enrique face the consequences! Thank you!

It's not that bad at all. Workers are nice. lines move fast. The fat guy is the best. The older kid that looks like Vegeta with a bad hair line is never doing there job and is mostly dancing around. But over all the food is great the workers are super nice and the manager is always on his toes.

You're probably wondering what this foodie is doing eating at a gas station, & all I have to say to that is: this is not your average gas station!! Sure, it's got the gas pumps and the overpriced bags of chips BUT this Downstairs location also offers a full service bakery.... and it's GOOD. With their wide spread of pastelitos (Hispanic pastries), empanadas, and even Cuban coffee offerings, it's perfect for a quite bite while on the run. In the afternoons they also have hot foods available. Best part? Most people drive by without even knowing everything offered inside, so there's rarely a line. It's conveniently located just two minutes from the Turnpike making it the #1 spot for a pre- or mid-road-trip grub stop. Check it out!

I walked inside to put 20$ for pump 3. I went into the bathroom to quickly pee while the line at the front went down. When I entered the bathroom all I could see was the manager with his genetalia out playing with himself this was completely uncalled for. I live right around the corner from this place and I will NEVER EVER step foot in this d**** When you walk in the atmosphere completely changes almost like if you were now in a third world country.

Staff is constantly messing around and not actually doing their job. Only one works the register while the other is dancing to the loud, annoying Spanish music being played. Zero customer service as well, staff treats the customers horribly just as they are treated I bet.

My hotdog bun had mold in it and it got my bf sick!!! How does this place even have 2 stars! My poor bf felt bad cause he trusted them.. curse them and their fraudulent actions!
