The cashier Arlene was super rude. She said I was holding up her line by paying part of my purchase in quarters. She said I’m in the wrong for using coins to pay when other people have to pay. I told her money is money and I’m the customer I have the right to pay however I choose. I paid part of my purchase in coins because my card did not have enough and it was all the money I had. She was very rude and I felt extremely judged when I was just trying to pay for my things. She kept repeating I’m the one in the wrong and made my experience at this store terrible. It is not my fault that they only have one register open with a long line. I waited my turn just like everyone else. I definitely won’t be returning to this dollar tree which is a shame, they had a great variety of things.

The worst dollar tree. Lines are always extremely long with only one person working on register most of the time. The employees there are very rude. They never greet you. When you ask for help on sales floor they always have an attitude as if you’re bothering them.

Only one cashier, there were no employees, a long line, after much protest, the majority left without buying, the service in that town was terrible, it had never happened to me in other stores.

All personal that works at this store are just amazing people. They are most Latinos and despite of the language barrier they work hard to please everyone that comes in for a bargain on this harsh times . I'll be returning to this dollar tree! Thanks

Very poor service here… just like most predominantly latin areas. No barely speaks english. I had a horrible experience here… There were two lines that seemed to be open. And as I got closer to the front, I was told by the cashier that she was closed. I asked her, how I was supposed to know if she was closed or open due to both service lights being off. She said I was right. I then asked her if she could service me still and she refused. I have worked in the customer service industry for 20 years. Due to the fact of their mistake, I should have been serviced. I will never go back to this dollar tree and spend any money because I don’t want to be mistreated. Sometimes living in miami, I am appalled by the service in many Latin areas. It disgusts me. This event happened on 11/11/23 around 12:50pm.
