I have lived in this community for twenty years and I have never before seen so little education, empathy, consideration and respect towards people who go to get their medications and in search of information about their medications. The pharmacy employees do not deserve the job they have, they are not professional at all. They do not have the human capacity to deal with people.It's a shame that they work for such a renowned company and don't have the slightest love for their profession.It is also a shame that those who come to get their medicines do so out of fear due to the behavior of the employees.CVS management should take action.I have lived in this community for twenty years and I have never before seen so little education, empathy, consideration and respect towards people who go to get their medications and in search of information about their medications. I give one star to this CVS aunk really because of the attention received from the pharmacy, I shouldn't even give 1...my experience in this pharmacy has not been the best and the attention received from the doctor as from a supposed pharmacist and I say supposed because they really don't have a professional level of either of them..... the issue of unmade medications is something very common in this pharmacy, they should remove it from there because what they have with customers is a lack of respect.... . thank you

I have spoken to someone in pharmacy by the name of Alt twice regarding my daughter's prescription, both times have been unpleasant.2nd call was to confirm if they had received a form which is needed to fill a prescription (thank goodness it's not an emergency) but he was very rude and argumentative when all I was doing is trying to check on the status and confirm their fax number. CVS, you either have an over worked employee or an employee that doesn't care about their patients. Either way, it's was such an unpleasant experience.

Waiting for pain medication for a person with surgery for 3 days and they still tell me 3 hours or tomorrow, the person will receive the medication when there is no pain, how horrible, unacceptable
