This bank always has some sort of issue with its atms. They are either completely full and can’t take any deposits or complete empty and can’t you can’t make any withdraws . As a matter of fact I don’t think I’ve come to this bank once that at least one atm is not available due to one of those 2 issues and today currently both atms are down so there’s a line inside that reaches out into the parking lot.

Afternoon employees are lazy and clueless, they sit around in their phone then act annoyed when you ask for help. Terrible branch.

No one greeted us upon arrival or even acknowledge us. Then 22 mins later a worker came ask what we needed explained we need to open a business account just for him to tell they couldn’t it’s by appointments. Something terrible in the System, online not once it mentioned appointment was required. I tried to open my business account online and said to come in to a branch, that’s what I did. Waste of time.

Bank manager Carlos is unprofessional and should not be dealing with customer service. He has a huge ego and shows his emotions when you question his answers.
