The worst chase location. 3 ATMs and none of them are ever working. The parking lot is overrun by people selling things on the street corner and the building itself is in a constant state of disrepair. I'd expect this from Bank of America but not Chase.

This bank always has some sort of issue with its atms. They are either completely full and can’t take any deposits or complete empty and can’t you can’t make any withdraws . As a matter of fact I don’t think I’ve come to this bank once that at least one atm is not available due to one of those 2 issues and today currently both atms are down so there’s a line inside that reaches out into the parking lot.

Dissatisfied with the service and with the manager Tony, I closed my business account and for some reason a couple of transactions remained pending even the day after I closed the account, but with another card I paid those pending accounts and gave them proof so that they could They sent them to the pertinent entities and told me that I have to go personally to complain to them, when my account was already closed and I repeat you already pay with another card, currently my account is overdue and they can't do anything, how bad
