Tried calling the store to confirm an order was ready and could be picked up by another person that was listed on the order and they just kept hanging up the phone without answering the calls. After the third time I sent the person over to grab the order and of course it wasn't on there despite entering the information on the website of the person to pick it up. In the end, the order was canceled and I ordered the same appliance for 50 bucks more at Home Depot with free delivery to home. It's really my fault for attempting to shop at Brandsmart, I had issues with them in the early 2000s and figured it would be different all these years later. I was wrong. Cheap prices, cheap service.

The people that work there are pure filth. Went to the "Customer Service Desk" and was totally ignored after asking the attendant two questions. Spoke to the Manager and he actually defended her. This place is chaotic and finding a decent person to assist you is impossible.

I went to purchase a new tv because my autistic daughter broke my other one and my friend had to help me purchase another because it wasn't a buy I was planning and Luis Baguet the sales person was awesome and his supervisor was very helpful in helping us get a brand new tv thank you very much ? much appreciated.

Approximately 15 days ago I bought a Samsung combo because of the quality of the equipment and also because I would supposedly have a return of $800 in a gift card, 300 from the store and 500 from Samsung, being able to collect that reward has been hell Samsung states that The date to collect is from the 16th and the store has a newsletter that is from the 14th. After countless emails with Samsung, they tell us that we do not qualify for that reward, which is the responsibility of the store. We contacted the seller, who is a professional. and very kind and nothing, he in turn communicated us with his manager, Mr. Dave Luciano, we imagine his name is that from the email he gave us and the experience was worse than that of Samsung, I had never met a man so uncourteous, ungentlemanly and self-sufficient as well. On another occasion when my wife tried to talk to Mr. Dave on the phone, he was very disrespectful, in short, a very ugly experience. It's a shame that such a prestigious store has employees with those characteristics and they don't care about the customers' feelings, especially when they don't. They find a solution to the sales promise very bad experience

Customer service was horrible. Multiple sales associates ignored and walked pass and when I was able to get one attention his response was "You're good" and quickly walked away. Do not shop here.

I had the pleasure of being introduced to Jasleene Morales from Appliances by my aunt Erika Gutierrez who also works at Brandsmart. Jasleene and her manager both were able to accommodate me with all my request. She kept in touch with me even throughout the delivery to make sure everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend this brandmart to everyone. They have an awesome staff.

Customer service is ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS! The first day of delivery, Monday, my window was 9am-12noon. According to the ticket I was the second stop. The delivery truck shows up at noon on the dot. Unfortunately they were unable to deliver as the townhouse has stairs. (Did anyone ask about stairs when delivering?) The 2 person crew only does deliveries with out stairs. The delivery man calls and reschedules on speaker phone with me for a return date on Wednesday 9-12noon Wednesday I I'm up at 8 (keep in mind I work nights so I've had 4 hours of sleep again). I call to confirm delivery and a 4 man crew. The customer service agent is unpleasant from the start and continues to get more and more rude and upset with me as I'm trying to confirm. She can't find my order number based on the number I give her. "That can't be the order number it's too long!" I'm reading it off the last text message i I received.. which calls it an order number.. puts me on hold for 10 min. Comes back to tell me it's been rescheduled for Thursday. She's angry that I ask for the correct order number in case I have to call back and quickly hangs up with out answering my questions. I call back to confirm that my delivery is for the next day and that it definitively has a 4 person crew, between 9-noon. I ask if I'll receive a confirmation text message and tracking. That night I get the confirmation text and the links to confirm and track. I confirm the delivery. Thursday morning I miss 3 calls before 730am. (Again I work nights). I wake up at 830 and call. . I'm put on hold. And transferred. And put on hold. And transferred. And put on hold and transferred. I hang up and leave a message with the salesperson whose voicemail says he's out of town for the holidays..
