I was told a specific iPhone wasn't in stock over the phone yet a friend of mine went to the same store right after and got the phone I wanted himself. So I was either lied to or the employees don't know their own store.

RUDE/BAD MANAGEMENT MANAGER ARLENE, my father is a senior citizen who came into this store for help on his device and was treated rudely and was refused service. He came in asking for help locating his account information and she refused to assist him because he was not opening a new line. HORRIBLE MANAGER HORRIBLE SERVICE. I asked if there was any way to speak with a superior but she claimed to be the only manager. spend your money anywhere but AVOID this location!!!!!
