I ordered 10 of the Access PC sticks for our customers and the entire experience has been a complete disaster. 8 Access 3 units and 2 of the Access 4Every single Access 3 unit was sent back to us with the customer refusing to try another one. Sad part is they were returned after the return period so we had to eat the loss. We just set up the 2 Access 4 units. Hopefully they're not a loss as well.Update: Customer called us wanting to return both Access 4 units. One is genuinely having issues while the other seems to be working. We convinced them to keep the working one but I feel this will be short lived.Here are the issues with the Access 3 sticks.Bios changes would revert or just not work at all.WiFi went bad on a few.3 of them are in this weird boot/crash loop.2 of them won’t power on anymore at all.Power cable comes loose at the slightest touchSame with the HDMI extender. Can’t even breathe on these things.Tried to perform a factory restore and only 1 of them can make it through the process without crashing.

I bought 2 of their top of the line computers just before they announced windows 11. They set me back a pretty penny, but I figured I was buying something that would stay up to date for awhile. Well NO, not compatible with windows 11. I got the run around for months from these guys (long enough for the warranty to run out). Today they finally admitted that it is not supported as it does not have Tpm. They never had any intention of creating a fix for this. 0 and I do mean 0 customer support. So I wasted $1800.00 on these guys (approx.). NEVER AGAIN. You take your chances, I will look elsewhere. ???????????. Oh I am sure there won’t be a thanks for your review on this one.

I have had a Byte 3 for a year now and NO complaints! I spend a few hours a day with it and it has never failed me.

I have several Azulle products... including the Byte 3 and the Access Plus. the only issue I have is with the Byte 3. 2 issues actually. one.. there is not enough storage to allow Windows to update itself. there is a work around but it's short sighted on the manufacturers part. everyone knows windows updates take up a ton of space. second.... the Byte 3 is sold as a 4k ready device. so far the only 4k video I can get to work on the Byte 3 is in a windowed mode. if I try to push the video to full screen it will play the video very choppy and the sound doesnt work. and yes... I have it connected to a 4k TV. it's something to do with the 4K video drivers but Azulle does not acknowledge the problem. it still plays everything I throw at it. price is a bit of a factor so chose wisely when purchasing

Awesome product. We have their PCs running each of the TVs in our office space. We use one I our conference room for virtual meetings, one in our main sales team room to run our sales team scoreboard and 1 in my office to run our security cameras.

I initially bought an Azulle Mini PC in July 2017 but when the product came, we couldn't get it to work at all, then we went through the whole troubleshooting and RMA when the IT support personnel told me it is defective. When we sent it back, they told us they couldnt find anything wrong with it and told us to pay for the shipping to get the same item back. I bought the Azulle Byte Plus 4/32gb last December. After a few months the Ethernet adapter disappeared from device manager. I followed the advise of customer service and downloaded the drivers. It worked for another few months then disappeared again. This time not matter what I do I can't get it to recognized the NIC. It also runs very slow and runs out of Hdd space even with just the OS installed on it. Basically a waste of $180.

Access Plus. This is the slowest computer I have ever used. It is marketed as a great entertainment/media device to plug into the back of your TV. You can't hardly even use the mouse it's so laggy. The mouse glitches out and jumps all over making it impossible to click on what your trying to click on. If you are able to finally get some video playing, get ready to watch in 480p. I use Quatum Access for digital signage on some of my franchise customers, product works and is reliable with its heat sink body but the only thing Im having issues is with the HDMI tips they tends to bend easy. The PC Sticks do not come with HDMI extension. The Power adapter also tends to break easy on them so make sure you have enough length and space to use these PC stick on your monitors. Warranty is "Excellent" 1 Year is pretty fair. They just need to build a better RMA department where we can swap items a little quicker since dealing with repairs on businesses is crucial.
