This is our first venture with Atlantic Rack and I rarely take time to write reviews, but in this case it is warranted. An error was made on our behalf on the overall length of the racking system. It wasn't determined until the product hit the field. Atlantic Rack was on it immediately and had replacement parts to resolve the situation on site within 3-days, allowing us to have the assembly completed and to receive our product without having to double handle it. In an era where customer service is non-existent, It was nice to get this level of attention from Alejandra and the folks at Atlantic Rack. Thanks for your help! Look forward to future business.

This is the place to get anything dealing with pallet racks. I was a small order only getting one rack with 6 beams but today I dealt with Juan D in sales and he was able to price me out instantly. Because of Juan and the service I will be coming back to pickup more pallet racks in the future. I was literally able to pickup racks few hours after I’ve ordered it. They even carry unusual sizes which was nice. The yard crew will load it up for you with a pallet fork. A+

I run a business in Weston Florida and recently had to have pallet style shelves installed. After several searches and not being able to find a company that could provide me with a turnkey system, I finally found Juan Duque from Atlantic Rack. Let me tell you this guy was able to walk me through step by step what I would need and how long it would take. Including plans, permitting, and inspection. He has a top-notch crew, even has his own trucks and drivers. There is no outsourcing here. This company has you covered from start to finish. I would recommend Atlantic Rack and Juan Duque every time. 10 out of 10 would use them again.
