How refreshing it was to walk into the AT&T store this evening. I was welcomed by the very best in the business. Professional and courteous, the have a deep understanding of their products. At one point, I believed that Mary had designed the z Fold 5, which is a relatively phone. what I received. resolution is what i sought, resolution is what i received!Mary and Nick are powerful ambassadors for AT&T!Kudos to a great team!

Nick was very professional and I was impressed by his ability to handle several customers at one time and remain poised eventhough he was alone. I appreciated his excellent customer service.

Donald is amazing. Gabriel is great too. Donald is super patient, professional and smart. Everyone working in that store was helpful and nice, I will definitely be back again and I highly recommend this store to others.

I go into the store to upgrade my iPhone XR to the Samsung s23ultra. The staff was very helpful in getting everything setup and transferred over. I then ask how much I can get for trading in my iPhone. One gentleman asks me what phone I currently have, and proceeds to tell me that I'd get $800 for trading it in. Didn't even look into the guidelines for trading it in. Just threw the number out there.Sounds like a no-brainer to me, so I trade in my iPhone. I then get a text message from at&t about a week later, stating that I won't get full trade-in value unless I switch to an unlimited plan.At no point during my visit was this mentioned. Even the woman, who went through my account and everything, did not tell me that the price I was told, would not be valid with my current plan. They just wanted to make sure that I bought the phone, with no room for backing out.So I go back into the store and ask what this whole deal is about? The same guy who told me the $800 is working, and shows absolutely no empathy for withholding this info from me. Doesn't even bother to look me in the face as he just tells me that there's nothing they can do. He just kept looking down at his iPad as he spoke. Real POS.Oh, and they already shipped off my iPhone, so I couldn't get it back anyway.He clearly didn't give af.So that $800 trade-in value? Yeah, that turned into $100 lol.I'm not sure how much better other at&t stores are, but I'd implore you to check out an alternate instead of this one. But hey, what else should I expect from sales, right?

Zero star experience. Upon walking inToday after having done Business the day prior I was told to leave the store and what I thought was a joking manner in front of the entire store customers and other workers. The manager on duty reiterated that I needed to leave the property. In shock, I asked the reasoning behind this and his response was that he was declining service to me. This has never happened at any other AT&T corporate or authorized dealer location and to give more information after leaving, I went to another corporate location to complete my intended transaction and as usual was treated with respect and in efficient experience. To make matters worse I recently opened four new lines for my entire family along with several accessories and devices as a surprise for our birthdays that happened to fall in short succession of each other. BEWARE: I unfortunately didn’t catch his name but he is tall African-American and claimed he was the manager. The day prior, I was assisted by a team member of non-management who is also African-American and very professional and knowledgeable. He should be the manager. I will update with names as I obtain them. I felt as though my experience today with the supposed manager was discriminatory. I opened this case with corporate as this is a corporate location and I will be updating this post as soon as I get a response as to why this happened. In the mean time, I highly suggest visiting a different location to avoid this manager although the employees are some of the best I’ve met and they should rehire within.

I went to this store to get 2 phones upgraded though the experience with Stan was quite pleasant everything thereafter was a nightmare. They are unprofessional and inexperienced to be dealing with customers. There was a mistake on their end and they basically told me I need to figure it out on my own. I currently am STUCK with my old phone that they are telling to call ATT and figure it out. ATT customer service is a waste as well. It was quite a disappointing experience.

I barely leave reviews but I had to make sure to leave one today. I had an amazing experience. Gabriel I believe he was the manager assisted me with my phone. I wasn't receiving iMessages and I had other issues with my phone and he quickly helped me. I was frustrated for three days and resolved the issue within minutes. I will definitely come back to this store for any of my phone issues. Thank you !

If you not buying anything they will not care to help this store is commission based only. Best thing to do is go to a real corporate store these small chain stores are only about the money very unpleasant and unprofessional.

I give this store Five stars when it comes to customer service.I came to the store to activate my newly purchased iPhone 13 on or about March 16th, where I met manager Shinique who advised there was an issue with the activation and that the individual who had sold me the plan (from a different store location), did not quote me with the right plan. Shinique took the time to set me up with the best plan to meet my needs which ended up being cheaper than my original plan. Here’s where her customer service skills made me go “wow”. A technical issue prevented the service from being activated on the phone, so it took her approximately three hours to include time past closing to attempt to rectify the issue. And as she was on the phone with technical support, without missing a beat, she continued to direct and instruct all her associates in the store. The phone was not able to be activated that evening, so she advised me to return the next day, and evidently, she continued with technical support for an additional two hours that morning, so when I returned later that afternoon, my phone was ready, and all the issues were corrected.If it wasn’t for Shinique with providing me with a plan that was better than the one I was originally provided, and her absolute dedication in rectifying the issues, AT&T would have lost a customer that day. She is the true definition of customer service and effective management, and the associates of that store and AT&T are lucky to have such a dedicated employee such as her.

Want in to just to check out some prices and ended become a part the AT&T family. The service from the time I walked in till the time I walked out was A1 customer service. The best experience I have had with any wireless service.

Hands down the worse customer service I ever experienced. So bad I created a yelp just to leave a review. So bad that when i left, i went right over to verizon and switched carriers. Employees were not helpful and not educated about their field. I was on the phone with another att representative while telling the in store representatives what to do. They seemed uninterested and were not helpful. At all. would never come back.
