Kayla was not observant enough to take care of customers that had been waiting. And assisted who she wanted. Chrissy was very patient and understanding.

I took my daughter in for her annual eye exam & eyeglass purchase today. Dr. Westcarth was amazing as always. She's very patient and is great with my little one. Ricardo as well as the whole staff was very attentive. It was a very enjoyable experience. Highly recommend ?

My appointment was at 9:40am by 10:26am I still was not seen. The doctors are all standing around talking and laughing. That is highly unacceptable. I ended up leaving and scheduled an appointment at a different location.

Their customer service is a 10 out of 10. I got contacts and eyeglasses. The staff is amazing and friendly. They do not rush you. Anisha helped me with my pre-exam. She was very professional, polite, and friendly. Dr. Sarah Westcarth is so professional and patient. Keyla D. helped me with going through my insurance, picking my frames, and lenses. I highly recommend having her assist you. She is very patient, kind ,funny , and professional. She is one of main reasons for this review. Ricardo ( the manager ) is so helpful and patient. He helped with my adjustments for my frames to fit and feel perfect on my face. Ian assisted me. He is very kind, soft spoken but helpful.
I DEFINITELY recommend coming to this location.

My experience was awesome. I've been to other America's Best locations, but didn't have a memorable experience. Everyone is pleasant and go above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied. If you need an eye exam and/or a new pair of glasses, stop by and give them a try.

American Best gave Me and My Family great service for the exception of not contacting me when, my Daughter’s glasses were ready. For the most part of our experience it went well and I have no complaints.

I came in rushing for a pair of sunnies for an upcoming trip. The establishment was nearly empty so I thought it would be an “in and out” thing but NOPE!! I was told by one of the other assistants there that I’d have to make an appointment in order to be seen. I was like “Huh? This place is empty. The other associate told me that I had to make an appointment. I then became visibly upset and I started to panic. Then I was told that I could be seen. Then I was told that I needed an appointment. I was confused with the back and forth and I was almost to the point of anger. Miss Chrissy stepped in immediately and said that she’d be glad to help me. She got me checked in and while I waited she helped me pick out a pair of sunnies so once I was done with my exam everything would flow smoothly and I would be out the door in no time. I don’t know about them other ones in there but Miss Chrissy stepped in when I was told by other employees that I needed an appointment in an empty establishment. Thank you Miss Chrissy!!!
