This place is a scam. I ordered clothes online almost a month ago and haven’t received my order or any tracking information and they don’t reply back to emails or voicemail. Don’t trust them.

I placed an order with 380 Fashion three weeks ago and have yet to receive any information about shipping or tracking. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, I haven't received a response. This level of service is disappointing and unprofessional. I understand delays happen, but the lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable. I would advise caution when ordering from this company until they improve their fulfillment process and customer support.

Trying to find if this store close down . I road by there the other day and I did not see no one or nothing going on at the store . I think the store is close for good in Miami Gardens.

Purchased a $65 print t-shirt and returned seven days later to make an exchange but the young lady advised that I needed a paper receipt. I advised her that the other young lady who sold me the shirt did not give me a paper receipt but I did receive an automated texted receipt which I had. She advised that she can’t do anything with that. I was confused because it’s what they gave me at the time of purchase. Secondly, the brand is PPZZ, I asked the young lady what did it stand for, she didn’t know. I asked where was it from and she advised it was a big brand in LA. After google research of the brand everything lead back to 380 Fashion… why wasn’t she truthful? Wouldn’t shop there ever again.

Super Dope merch, they close at 10:30 pm on fridays and Saturdays which is super convenient, the staff is beyond helpful, they did not let me lift a finger and brought me anything I wanted. The vibe was overall dope and cool. The merch was cool they had Nike dunks, Yeezy, Jordans, air maxes , fly jeans, short sets and sorts of popular urban brands. My go to spot for my man or myself

I wished I had a better experience here in this store. My son came here and purchased over $300 worth of merchandise and two of the items were supposed to be on sale so when we went back to ask we were told the prices were different than online even though when we called we were told the prices are to be the same as online. You would think they would honor the sale price as a first time courtesy but no we were turned away. Never again

I wis i could give no star i ordered a sweater for a x-mas gift and never got it i called about 3weeks later just to get a email address to hit i left a email and got called back 2 days later and the lady said that sweater was sold out i said so y did u except the order if it was sold out she went on n on about nothing and said pick something else so i did and it never came and now i can't get any one to assist me they still have my money and i still have no product. My initial order was placed in late November 2019 it's now late February 2020 and i have no product and they just took my money i personally will never shop her again in person or on line they ripped me off smh
