Zara became Temu and shein, with $$$$$ tag. THE nicely designed stores are there to make you feel not robbed! Poor quality fabric, cuts, threads, sizing totally nuts (I go from XS to XL), garnements are dead after 2 washing, dry cleaning if you want to save them a little more ! Long lines for everything (cashier, dressing room.. ).
Cheap clothing with a bow becomes expensive!
Today I promised myself to stop purchasing from all the fast fashion industry (lincoln road) I will BUY less but look for quality. My shopping experience at this property, today helped me to finally see what Zara is really.

This manager Luis is very rude to customers. Not sure how he became a manager, but definitely think that upper management should take a look at this! I had a very upsetting experience and tried to communicate with him and tell him about it S but he was too busy and arrogant. Anyway, I left because I didn’t not want a confrontation and he seemed like he was ready for it!

Zara clothes used to be good quality. But no longer. My wife bought a few sweaters and after a couple of months the material became bubbly and it looks old and worn out. It's a shame and it's annoying. Very bad quality.

One of my favorite store in Lincoln Road. It offers typically on-trend house-brand clothing, shoes, and accessories for men, women, and children. Depends on the time of the day you can experience long lines at the checkout.

I'm sorry to make this review, I just want to congratulate a lady who I don't know her name but she is a very stylish Spanish lady, she does a very good job. Then I want to report that they have lost a customer, a loyal customer. I made a purchase that I was not happy with. I had to travel and it was difficult for me to make the return in 30 days, it took me 5 days to return to the store after 30 days, they explained to me that it was not possible, I understood and asked for help because it was (two shirts) that I was not going to used were unused and with their tags, the receipt and I then asked for help to get my money back on a gift card so I could spend my money again on another garment with them but no, there was no way for them to raise awareness . Honestly, I'm a big Nike customer and the only thing I was thinking at that moment is how Nike always solves my situation in one way or another. Conclusion I don't buy at Zara anymore and I never recommend this brand again, there are many other brand offers I don't know how you can afford these luxuries.
