The worst pharmacy in Miami Beach, this specific location. They don't give you the medicine in time, always blaming the insurance. It's never their fault. Super rude also! Go to another pharmacy.

We stopped in this Walgreens earlier this morning to grab a Celsius energy drink before our SoulCycle workout, and they had plenty to choose from in stock. The store was also very clean & well kept, and the staff was friendly to interact with. No issues at all; I would shop here again.

I love this Walgreens. Manuela and Alexa are by far my favorite. They're always so welcoming and help me with everything I need evertime I visit. This Walgreens has everything I need everytime.

Israel was extremely unprofessional and rude. It showed donation options and he pressed no thanks. When I tried to tell him that he doesn’t have to press any buttons because it’s up to me if I’d like to donate or not he flipped out. He sad “yes I do, yes I do”. Very sad. What kind of customer service is it? Makes me never go back to that Walgreens store again. The worst experience ever…

Taiwan at Walgreens helped me out SO MUCH! My phone wouldn’t charge while here on vacation and I had been multiple places with no luck. He didn’t have any wireless chargers left, so he pulled out his own personal charger to see if it would work for me. When it did, he insisted I take it and wouldn’t let me pay for it! He didn’t want me without a phone on vacation and made sure it had enough charge for my walk back to the hotel! True king over here! Thank you so much, Taiwan!

I walked in the store this afternoon, very exhausted due to lack of sleep and travelling. I just arrived in Miami this afternoon and so far I’m loving it.What I really love is the service at this store. As soon as I walked in the door there was a sweet brunette gal in a blazer assembling a display, close to the sunscreen by the front door. She was so awesome. She helped me find what I was looking for. When I went up to the cash there were two cashiers. One was speaking Portuguese and the other gal served me. They were both so awesome too. Excellent customer service overall. The owner/manager is very lucky to have these people. Sorry I didn’t get any of there names but I was incredibly exhausted.Have a blessed day. ?

I had the most rare (exceptional) experience at this Walgreens on Collins and 23rd street in Miami Beach. one of the staff members at this store was sooooooo helpful, nice, patient... that I actually found myself wanting to tell you all that if you ever need to go to this Walgreens, and you are in a hurry, and/or need help finding something...or just have a bad day and welcome a smile... ask for *MARIELA*.!!!!: the best of the best of la creme de la creme!!!!!! I don't think she ever gets to read these reviews, but thank you!!! You made my day Saturday evening with your help and patience.????? i hope your manager gets to show you this review.

It's like all Walgreens, so basically it's OK. But as usual those days, you have some staff that does not know the basic of courtesy to the customers. I ask them for a Sunpass badge for my car to a vendor and she was pretty rude telling me that they don't have that like I was stupid for asking. I went to the CVS and found it very easily.

Enployees have no will to help find anything. They just point you and find it yourself. Even if you say yoi couldnt find something.. have zero will to help... its sad they dont like to help nor like to provide good service.

I frequently visit this place. Most of the staff are fine, except one. Let's call him/her or combination of both, 'the one'. I don't care about gender, but this 'the one' always has issues with people. Why the manager does not get rid of the constant problem employee is beyond logic.

I been living for a long time I am now 72 . While younger in my 20 I was asked for my ID card a lot back then I tried to understand. BUT NOW at 72 been asking for my ID is insulting. Been told " we card every one " do not help. I am a Travellers and visit many countries. I never been insulted as much as at Walgreen. I will never go there again even if I have to drive 50 miles more.

This is the WORST pharmacy I have ever been to. The pharmacists are actually great but the support staff is rude and they NEVER pick up the phone - seriously, try to call them and see how many times you get bounced back to the hold queue. That said, I'm not even sure that's really their fault b/c they are understaffed, overworked and stressed out all the time, which explains the ridiculous turnover and poor customer service. ***The main problem is that they are severely understaffed all the time.*** Walgreens, stop being so cheap and staff this place correctly!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pharmacy took a prescription at 11:15 am, with open hours listed until evening except for lunch 1:30 to 2:30. Gave us a notification it was ready at 12:15. I went to get the medication, got there at 12:50, and was informed that the pharmacy staff left for the day at noon. No way to get the medication or plans for alternate pickup site. So now my wife has to suffer with nausea until we get back home from our trip at 7pm tonight.
