WORST SERVICE EVER!! I took a SIGNED prescription for my mothers pain and they REFUSE to give it to her! They had us going there 4 days and ultimately said she cant get her prescriptions because its "delicate" medicine but her physician sent a WRITTEN SIGNED prescription!! She also takes metoprolol due to AFIB and they made us wait FOUR DAYS before giving it to her! This is abusive and its mistreatment for patients!! WE STILL DONT HAVE THE MEDICINES!!!

I came to Walgreens as I picked up a bug while on a cruise ship. I went to the CVS across the street first looking for cough syrup. After striking out and not finding any, I walked into this Walgreens. Thankfully, I found some cough syrup. It was not the kind I prefer, I like it having some honey in it. Still better than nothing.

In my opinion wallgreen is spectacular!!! It has everything and 24 hours a day!! I had it one block from the hotel, in my first experience in Miami it saved me from all my needs, the super friendly staff but above all one of them MARIELA who literally was my guide in everything, always predisposed, with a loving treatment that she The truth is, the days she was most eager to go because she really helped me! Printing services are the worst thing here. They just don't know how to use the machines so they say they are not working. They see you designing holiday cards and gifts for hours, they let you order and when you have to pick them up, after waiting a long time they say "oh I don't know how print that" "the machine is broken" "the person who does that is not here today" all kinds of excuses. So disrespectful of people's time! I asked the manager to print a sign saying the machines are out of order or no printing services today, but she refused. I saw many other families coming to request the same services and after spending time designing things, they were told the same. Again, no signs, workers acting like why do we expect a service that they are advertising to offer. Insane.

We all know many of the once mighty have fallen. This store is very short staffed and employs cashiers who either don't speak a word of English or generally refuse to. Either way, some are friendly but one is just plain rude if you do not speak Spanish.

The worst Walgreens ever; putting a photo to be printed on wood, 2 x went there for a same day pick up… and what happened?NONE!!!!!!!!!!!! It’s been 4 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!C’mon Walgreens…Don’t ever come to this Walgreens for your photo! THE WORST AND DISAPPOINTING!!!!

My rating had to do with the pharmacy and not the rest of my experience at this Walgreens. My prescription was sent out over a week ago to the Walgreens electronically. I got a text from them saying it was delayed and no further action was needed by me. I waited for a few days but heard nothing from them. I then went in person and the pharmacist told me I should have called them. Fine, maybe there's a mistake in the way the text is worded. Then he tells me that he still does not have the prescription because he has not ordered it yet, and that it will be ready the following Tuesday. The Monday before I get a call from him saying that he needs to get ahold of my doctor to confirm the prescription (which again was sent electronically directly from my doctor) and that he would call me back. I hear nothing from the pharmacist for the rest of the day, and assume that they got ahold of the doctor and my prescription would be ready the Tuesday afternoon as they had told me (already 8 days from when they received it). I called them on the Tuesday before I got in and they said that since they have not got ahold of my doctor that it Is still not ready. If they would have called me back like they told me I could have contacted my doctor to let him know. I have been prescribed this medication for years and this is the pharmacy where there had been any issue at all. Disappointing, unprofessional, and dangerous for a patient's health.

Ive never been more disgusted with an establishment. I sadly made this place my pharmacy. Big mistake. I just moved to the beach and made this my walgreens because it is the closest. I arrived at 9:03 to pick up my medication. I see the pharmacy is still closed even though it says on the pharmacy door they open at 9:00 AM. So i go buy something else i need to give the pharmacist time to settle in. around 9:08 I ask the clerk in the register what time the pharmacy opens. She said 9. 9:12 rolls around i spot the manager and ask her , she says 9. I tell her no one is there and it's 9:12 and she just goes to the computer by the camera department and does her thing. i then. Wait in line at tje pharmacy to make sure ii go first since my work schedule is so hectic i cleared up my morning to accommodate the 9-9 pharmacy schedule since I have to be at work 10-10. its now 9:25 and there's a line at the pharmacy with shutters still on the window. some guy comes out from a door and tells us the ONLY person capable of opening the pharmacy is going to be late. Mind you, it's 9:41, and I have yet to see anyone. overall AWFUL experience. I can't believe a pharmacist wouldn't at least try to come 10 mins earlier knowing the importance of their position and job and knowing they're the only person who can tend to the pharmacy. This is extremely irresponsible on the walgreens staff and walgreens as a whole for not reprimanding their employees better or maybe training the MANAGER how to run the pharmacy for the time being. All she had to do is match names with prescriptions, not fill any prescription. All the people there were there to pick up prescriptions that are READY. Now I have to wait 6 days till I have time again to go in the morning before work snd probably end up in the hospital again for four nights because of not being able to get the medication I need to treat whats already had me end up in the hospital three times. If I could sue, I would. Definitely looking into it
