2201 Collins Ave, Miami Beach“Nothing short of spectacular! We were staying at another hotel nearby and well…it was necessary to move. I walked into the W South Beach to just explore and consider moving to the W. The decision was a no brainer. We were greet by Ambassador Hal Demir. He showed us the impressive property and then showed us the room we had been eyeing online. Hal is a superstar of guest service. Giving us advice on many aspects/restaurants in the area. He then introduced us to Front Desk Director Rachael. Yet another superstar. We booked the room to check in the following day. We were upgraded (without asking) to the most incredible 1 bedroom/full living room & kitchen suite with a wrap around terrace with stunning views.
Rachael and Hal always has a smile and a kind word for us. This was true throughout the property.
Lucas at the hotel bar is another standout in hospitality, charisma and charm. Carolina at the breakfast restaurant (which is delicious) is superb.
Also, the online photos of the pool and overall property do not do justice to this extraordinary hotel in a great location. We will definitely be back!!!”

A special shoutout to Onder Ucar, the Front Office Manager, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay exceeded all expectations. His professionalism and genuine care made me feel incredibly valued.
The property itself is stunning, with luxurious rooms, excellent dining, and a prime beachfront location. I can’t wait to return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a flawless South Beach experience!”

“At first I was a little disappointed Porter Robinson’s original venue in Miami changed to The Fillmore, but it worked out. Thankful for the free water dispenser on the first and second floors. The water fountains were out of order. The air conditioning is also quite powerful.
Loved the view I had in the seating area— wanted to be in the standing room only portion, but wasn’t sure how my ticket would work for that. Plenty of staff and security, as well as people working the bars.”
“Hyde is always the best time! I came with my girlfriends and it was a day I will never forget! Hyde beach is open every day and since I’m a local I will be back on the week days for sure!”

Front desk staff in particular (Felipe & Audrey) were amazing and left an extremely positive memory for our stay. Pool is great and lots of room. 9703 Collins Avenue Bal Harbour, Miami Beach“The St. Regis Bal Harbour is an absolute gem where every detail has been thoughtfully crafted for an unforgettable stay. From the moment we arrived, the ambiance and attention to detail were impressive.
The beach experience was truly exceptional. Soft, clean sand, the gentle ocean waves, and comfortable loungers made it the perfect setting for relaxation. Everything we needed was provided, from plush towels to private changing areas. We ordered non-alcoholic mojitos without sugar, and they surprised us with delightful sugarcane sticks, which added a nice touch to the drink.
Our lunch at the hotel was just as outstanding. We each ordered a salad, and the quality of ingredients, the flavor combinations, and the dressing were all superb.
The St. Regis Bal Harbour is truly a place where luxury and comfort come together for an exceptional experience. We already want to comeback!”

She was so helpful when one of our party members booked the wrong property- she was able to assist with getting us all staying at the same hotel, The Surfcomber. She made genuine connections with us, and elevated the arrival experience. As a Director of Rooms, I noticed her attitude of servitude immediately! @MGMT you have an all-star on your team!”

“Love the Bandshell best of all.
Since I do my best to attend every too few jam band performances that make it to South Florida, especially when they appear at the Shell, I was not going to miss Soulpax and St. Paul and the Broken Bones, come hell or high water.
On Friday September 13th I had the privilege of watching one of the greatest performances of all time at the Shell. Miami’s own mighty Soulpax kicked things off following a torrential thunderstorm that stopped right when the band took the stage.
Rain or shine the show must go on and go on it did. Hundreds were already in attendance when nextgen lead guitarist Julian Harris and his wing girl, vocalist extraordinaire Julia Camayd, took center stage and led their seven piece band to heights theretofore unknown by this dazzling indie funk band vibing to their original songs like, Tired of Your Shit, Look Down the Barrel, Magic 8, Postcard Daze, Made to Stay, and Medicate.
After Soulpax rocked the house for an hour the 1000 strong audience who came to party and rock their asses off got what they paid for when St. Paul and the Broken Bones took the stage.
The Birmingham, AL bad boys who are big on horns raised the dead with a wall of sound rarely heard on stages in Miami. Deep R&B with a Muscle Sholes vibe, the Bones took the audience through the sonic stratosphere before returning them to earth transfixed and transformed in ways that only live music can accomplish.
Although their sound was fresh to my ears, I met people from as far away as Paris, France and St. Croix who came to see the Bones rattle and hum.
The hot humid night melted the audience into one organic vibing fam of sights, sound, and spirit, making the entire musical experience the best I’ve encountered in a long time. I hope the Shell brings back the Pax and the Bones again. Together or apart, the sooner the better.”
