Came back to the store to negotiate an Audemar Piguet from $38k to $35k and the store owner didn't even remember me after just a week , but the funny thing is I went to show her a $50k With Documentations and she blew me off, and said if it wasn't an Audemar Piguet or Rolex she wasn't interested even without looking at what I had to offer her, she's so rude and crazy, horrible customer service, I'm a business owner myself and I have to say this lady is by far the worst person to deal with. I'm so glad I didn't purchase the watch from her.

Vault has high end toys for those with expensive taste. They carry brands such as Bell & Ross, Franck Muller, Loren Jewels, Shamballa and Chrome Hearts (of course - it's owned by Larry Sands). The staff is friendly, helpful and trendy. Make it a point to stop by when you're strolling along Lincoln Road. The store itself is a marvel and decorated very well...but be careful, no photos! Stop by and enjoy the glamour that is Vault 8')
