The customer service is average/bad, only girls working and a boy or two, both are friendly, some of the girls seem unwilling to work or rude when answering. And I shouldn't be the first to comment this about them, but this is a separate topic. The food is bad, that's the problem, from the empanadas to the sandwiches, salads, whatever. The quality is honestly terrible, I have given it several chances and to be honest next time I would rather endure my hunger and wait to get home than eat there. The food is always in bad condition, it has come with mushrooms and the “meat” empanadas are the ones shown in the video, which I would name meat sauce empanadas, since meat is the last thing it has, it is a pasta very poor quality where they don't have a single potato or an egg, as I say sincerely it's not worth it, it's better to pass if you only have to fill up with gas and continue on your way.

Day 1. Large male made a Cuban coffee after wiping his nose and face on his hands.
Sold me rotten food 80% covered on the underside with grey mold. Returned it. Received no apology from the woman at the counter. Nothing.
Avoid this place.

Good night. I'm just writing here. To make one more complaint than I imagine they have had. I have frequently experienced the poor treatment that the employees FEDERICO Y LA MORENITA CUBANA give me. In all honesty, they really need a course on how to treat customers. The first impression you get as a customer is that when you walk in they already have dog faces. Be kinder to said employees. Treat with respect. Don't be so arrogant. Right now the brunette is talking on the phone and there are clients waiting for her to feel like serving. Really nothing to do with the 11 pm shift. I hope they take action on the matter and that they can correct this bad way of being. Good night.
