Extremely rude. I was the only customer and asked a simple question. Clerk gave me a snippy one word answer. I asked her to please explain and she just handed me a form without looking up.

I will celebrate the day USPS is definitively CLOSED forever. Since most employees can smell that day coming, and see themselves unemployed for inept and incompetent, they are stealing whatever they can steal from Amazon and eBay deliveries. I am sending valuable deliveries to The UPS Store, and have to pay $5 additional fee for the service.

The people who work there have the worst attitude. Linda who works in the morning is always on FaceTime or on her cell phone. And then gives you attitude when you ask for help. The beach needs to do better.

I wonder if the management from the USPS ever read these reviews?
Went there and a very rude lady told me that they don’t do what I was asking, funny though when I showed her it is a service that post office offer she got a form threw it to me and said, Ok you win, complete this and I’ll do it.
Please someone remind them they are not doing any of us a favor, they get paid from our taxes to give a good service which is not happening and if they are not happy there, please go somewhere else

Staff extremely rude and lazy. Typed the address for my delivery completely incorrectly and got angry at me when I asked for it to be corrected. I’m paying $40 so it’s reasonable for me to expect my parcel to get to the right location!

I have only experienced j erks at that particular post office in the over twenty years that I have lived in Miami Beach, and it perpetuates.
Confounded how you ride on the wealthy hood's coattails too, even behaving snooty, and you are not considered the best of us, nor compatible by any means.
I wish the bosses cared enough to hire compatible "Class.". That would be awesome

My mother just went to return three items and the guy scanned the first code but when he scanned the second code it didn't work. My mother tried to explain to him that it seems it was the same code for the three items so she wanted the first item back to put all three of them in the same box. The guy didn't wanted to understand, I say didn't want it to because there was another lady who didn't speak Spanish and she did understood and she also was telling the guy in his language (English) but he just didn't want to do it because he didn't care. So my mom called me and when I went to tell him he just went inside to call another worker who told him the very same thing. He gave us the first item back with an attitude and instead of waiting for us to put it in the box(which didn't took not even a minute) he told us to move aside. So we did and then waited. He gave us the receipt with an attitude and didn't even say anything. Customer service is a plus and this place just doesn't have it. He didn't bothered to help her just because she didn't speak perfect English. Sad that this still happens now days.
