Rude and totally unprofessional .this post office had the most rude and nasty workers ever! Ask a question and they look at you like you’re crazy to ask .. every other po are nice and polite this place is all about not doing their job as little as possible!

Came in on 7/18, Jessica was super helpful & made the process easy. Knocked off a point only because there are no pens available to fill out the forms before you get to the counter.

This historic Art Deco post office in the heart of South Beach is truly a gem — the ceiling alone is worth a look. Unfortunately, the exterior doesn’t match the beauty inside. The grounds are overgrown with weeds, and the planter boxes clearly haven’t seen care in a long time.
Service is frustratingly slow. If you're lucky, there might be one or two people working the counter, but expect a wait either way. It would be great to see more focus on customer service — this location has the potential to be a real asset to the community and even compete more seriously with UPS and FedEx. Sadly, it’s just not there yet.

Teller #22 switched the label on a package and stole my belongings. Avoid this place, go to Fed-Ex or UPS.

The worst company ever. Absolutely useless... Lost all the documents sent and didn't give you an update unless you call.
No refunds on money orders or clear process.

Such a terrible miserable place. Staff is happy to be unhelpful and rude. It’s like they enjoy causing inconvenience and emanating the most toxic nasty energy. Took off work, drove my 2 month old to the beach to drop off passport packet, waited in line for 30 minutes just to be told I can’t be helped because it’s too busy and there’s a line. Like obviously, I just waited in it? No empathy. No customer service training. Just a sad, sad place and sad, sad people working there.

4 clerks. Only 2 can sell stamps. Both are sorting certified mail as 6 people waiting in line to send packages or buy stamps. No movement at all.
Other two can only accept pre stamped pickup or drop off.
No postage vending machine.

Disgusting service.
The woman working at the post office clearly has no idea what she’s doing. Instead of charging $30 for the money order, she rang up $50. When I pointed out the mistake, not only did she not apologize — she started insulting me!
And these are people who work for the government and receive great benefits? Where do you even find such employees?
On top of that, during the conflict, she didn’t return my bank card. Luckily, I realized it in time and ordered a new one from my bank.
The management needs to replace the staff at this location!
This is unbearable — all the reviews are negative, and no one seems to care.
