Worst experience ever, I went there on a Tuesday 2pm, the glass door was locked, and there was nobody inside. There is a second door in the back, where I could hear the workers talking. When I knock the door they stopped talking and making noises. It was regular working day but it seems this guys had no intention to work that day.

The worst USPS you can possibly go to. The woman who works at the counter is extremely rude. She wont even look at you when you speak, has one head phone in while scrolling through social media. Acts like she’s above the service she’s providing…. Do not waste your time here.

Absolutely disgusted with the service I experienced at this USPS location. I approached the counter politely, asking a simple question, only to be met with the nastiest attitude from the younger African American girl at the front. Her behavior was so unnecessarily rude it left me genuinely shocked. Not to mentioned she was on her phone the entire time barely looking at me. When I told her she was being rude, she had the audacity to respond with “your mama.”
Yes, a federal employee on the clock, representing the United States Postal Service, thought it was appropriate to insult a customer like a child on a playground. Completely unprofessional, inappropriate, and beyond unacceptable.
If this is the type of people USPS is hiring and allowing to represent them, it says a lot about how little they value the community they serve. Management needs to seriously address this because no one should be treated this way when simply trying to handle their mail. Trust this will be escalated.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a USPS location. One of the female employees was extremely rude and completely unhelpful. She acted like answering a basic question was beneath her and made no effort to be courteous or professional. It’s shocking how someone with such a low standard for customer service is allowed to interact with the public. If you don’t want to do your job, then maybe it’s time to consider another one. USPS seriously needs to address the poor attitudes and lack of service at this location. I’d rather pay extra and go to UPS or FedEx than deal with this again.

This the worst USPS office that I have ever visited. The attitude of the employees if beyond comprehension. Very unhappy people. They do not make eye contact, rude answers, bad attitude when you have a question or need help, it annoys them. So please go to therapy or find a better job. I would rather go to FedEx or UPS and pay more than having rude employees treat customers that way. These employees are ruining USPS service.

The website says they close at 5;30pm...
NOT ACCURATE. The sign on the door says 5pm. I ran over here to mail a package and they were closed. Please correct the time.

Horrible customer service, staff are unhelpful and are lacking any knowledge, lost money because of staff incorrectly informing me and having my packaged sent back twice, and not giving me any refund or credit. I will not be using usps again nor will any of my family or friends

Trash place, I went to drop off at 5:25 pm and they close at 5:30 pm there were a person there and the person left because they saw me trying to get in.

It takes a lot for me to write a review but I feel the need to do it . The young lady at the front is by FAR the nastiest customer service employee I have ever dealt with. She is extremely unprofessional, DISRESPECTFUL TO THE ELDER PEOPLE THAT NEEDED HELP WITH THEIR PACKAGES and just asking simple questions. Corporate needs to take a closer look and do what’s necessary to fix this issue and her entitled attitude before someone else does and possibly escalates to a major issue because she’s a ticking tome bomb.I hope she finds the help she needs to manage her ANGER because honestly there’s no other way to describe it.Please do something about it.
