I made an online purchase and I didn't receive my package, the USPS tracking says I received my package. BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE IT, the cost is less than 40 dollars, but I'm not complaining about the price, but rather the lack of trust I have in the USPS service after THEY DIDN'T DELIVER MY ORDER. A simple delivery but not carried out, I complained to the attendant and she told me to open a complaint. So here I am. and I hope this courier service is corrected or replaced as it is very disrespectful towards the customer.

The worst.6 parking spots for a post office ? Are you kidding me ? Bunch of people park illegally and take the space so sometimes you have to wait 20 min to just park u less you want to park streets away. There is only few workers there and half of the time they are busy talking to each other or taking break. Shame.

I went to this USPS location with my family to renew my passport. Marteska and Joyce were very pleasant and thoroughly explained the entire process of renewing the passport. Everything from payment to processing the necessary paperwork to even the portrait photo for the passport were done efficiently...and the photo came out great! We were finished with the process earlier than expected. I'd definitely recommend this USPS location if you're seeking to renew your passport.

The best experience we had in renewing passports. Outstanding service and friendly staff. Marteska was awesome and Joyce was helpful. The process was efficient and speedy.

Great experience getting a new passport for my daughter here. Had the appointment for 1:45pm was able to be seen a Hour earlier. Application was filled out prior made the process quicker. You can also pay with Money Order, Check or Debit Card.

Nothing like coming home and seeing the mail lady down 4 buildings truck and all and your mailboxes being left wide open.Since moving here I’ve had more packages stolen or go missing than I even thought imaginable. Absolutely hilarious that it is always USPS packages and Amazon orders delivered by USPS.Even more hilarious is that my mail carrier likes to tell me she delivers mail to way more exclusive buildings on the island and has been doing this for years with no problems…Reporting the carrier is a joke.This location doesn’t even follow up and you never get a resolution or letter to provide to the companies you have ordered items with and need for replacements or refunds

We came here for appointment in time. But we were told system is down, there was only one person and the long queue of customers waiting outside.They not letting us to come in, despite the fact that we had a newborn baby.

Some staff are really NOT helpful. Eventhough you mention them that your new to the place and it's the first time your sending to USPS. On my first visit I left without being able to send my parcel coz of the unclear instructions. I didn't want to write a review here but I want to be the witness of the person who had really a bad experience today FRIDAY APRIL 1,2022. He had a guide dog. And as what I understood the lady on the counter was telling her that he useD the wrong ENVELOP for EXPRESS MAIL So she told him to change it. It was not the guys first time but what made it more worst is that she asked "Can you speak Spanish? and quickly ask another co-worker to assist him". He was talking clearly and still asked politely as he didn't understand what she meant as he had been doing the same procedure with NO ISSUE AT ALL but with this woman she gave a fuss about it. The other staff was helpful to him and help him a better way. And what's funny is the next person in line to me which was an elderly have put his document on EXPRESS which he didn't want too. So in his case she did it for him, she change his envelope which she could have done to the other guy too right? But honestly only 2 people in the counter offers good service. The taller lady in glasses (clerk 15 who's always on the second counter and I think the Spanish speaking lady but the rest of the staff you can see them with a very UNAPPROACHABLE FACE! It's a sign of a person who's tired of doing the same job over and over again. Getting inquiries with the same topic every single day and just repeatingthemselves but to diffrent people. You can't blame them but that's the nature of their job too. But if they are not happy with the work they do why do they still work anyway and waste other people time.

The staff here are rude and ignorant. They have zero customer service orientation and I can't wait until they privatize this incompetent institution. This quality or I should say lack of quality service has gone on for years. I don't understand why they don't terminate the existing management team and bring in somebody with more competence.

Terrible,terrible. I received a letter that was 4 months old, opened and closed with a big tape. I went to see the manager. She said they didn't know where to delivery, eventhough the return address was clearly. The manager said they put all the undelivered letter in a box, until she has the time to open it and see to who is sent. Unbelievable, I thought no one can open your mail. She stated she has been doing this for 30 years. There is no one to complain.

Worst postal office ever. Huge long lanes, only 2 windows open, super slow horrible customer service. If I could I give minus 5 stars
