$75 dollar service fee to ship two boxes with our own labels. Definitely not cool.

Very poor customer service - charged $15 fee for a box with a prepaid return label. When I called earlier in the day and asked about retuning a package they didn’t mention the fee so it was an unpleasant surprise that could have easily been avoided.
