Last night I shipped two packages! The lady who was helping me, I showed her a screenshot from my iPhone two different boxes scan code, when she was scanning, the second one she told me she already scanned it so I said OK here I'm gonna log into my account and Amazon and I'm I can show you they are two different scan code and they are going to two different address! Would not hear me so I ended up going back to the store this morning and explain to them that the two boxes one of them is labeled. And the guy told me this morning that I showed her wrong scan code if he would've listen what I was saying is that I even logged into my account and show her exactly the items that was being returned! She won't even look at them. She said she already scanned it. How do you deal with customer service like this when they're not paying attention what they're scanning! Very upsetting.

Terrible service, several times I have returned products here and they are left in the air as if they never received the product and I lose the money, they should sue them or at least change the staff, they do a terrible job. I always meet the same guy when I go again if he's there I don't even go in because unfortunately he's the only one nearby. If it were not to another

I called to see about a package that got mislabeled with a tracking number. The lady was having issues hearing me, and when she couldn't hear me after about 10 seconds, she hung up. I called back several times and was still very nice as these things. but any chance she got where I was even slow to answer, she would hang up. I was only a block away at the time, so I walked in the store, I was still super nice, and immediately, when I started explaining the situation, she cut me off. She said, "That ain't me can't help you" and went back to watching a TV on her iPad.
For reference I was trying to track a package that was mislabeled and was trying to figure out where it might end up or if they were actually going to try delivering it to the address that doesn't accept UPS packages, but I left with no info or help

I recently visited The UPS Store and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. As someone who frequently requires shipping and printing services, I’ve come to appreciate efficiency and quality customer service, and this particular UPS Store delivered on both fronts.

This is BY FAR the best UPS in Miami Dade. Very friendly, helpful, not trying to take money out of their customers like other ups stores. Best customer service !

The guys there are so helpful and nice. I really like being able to have a physical address as opposed to a po box at the post office. I don't have restrictions on what can be delivered and can check my box whenever I want to and I get email when a package arrives. I love it! Plus sending packages is a breeze.

Asked for help this morning to find a package - was advised by the gentleman that the package is at Hialeah UPS warehouse- we asked to confirm that its there before we go and collect it which he confirmed by calling. Travelled all the way from south beach to Hialeah to be told by the rude supervisor that the package is not there! The package will be delivered to miami south beach. Being shunted around by ups employees and not given the correct information is shocking!
