Their jewelry is pretty but low quality. I have many pieces from here and they all have come apart within months of purchase. Then, I went into the shop to see if they could repair one of my $300 necklaces, and the lady just looked at me with a blank expression and said "no." Waste of money and bad customer service.

DO NOT buy from this company. Look at all the poor reviews. The jewelry is stylish but the customer care if you can call it that is non existent. They will give you the run around. No one is ever available on chat even during normal business hours. There is a customer service number you can call but you get a message that they are currently not taking calls and directs you back to the unmanned chat, so really, I guess they are not going to speak with you. Any customer care issue is just your loss. Horrific company, stay away from them.

do not buy unode50. scam. you cannot return the cheap looking but expensive product. they will respond here and say email or call. does not work. you will regret buying from this company.

They used to have great pieces and great costumer service. They have gone down hill the last couple months. They are selling or attempting to sell tarnished jewelry and the worker had a sour face on when asked how much a piece was. Pandora has better quality than they do. Also, very dirty - dusty shelves, fingerprints and smudges all over the counters. What a mess!

Excellent customer service. Getting rare on Lincoln road. Pleasant shopping experience, found the bracelet I was looking for. It was Sunday and the young woman was attentive and smiling. Happy to help. The manager checked sizes and was also helpful

Garbage. It is basically expensive costume jewelry. After trying to reach them via phone and e-mail, I finally get a robotic e-mail stating I need to provide a receipt. IT WAS A GIFT!!! That broke within months. Horrible customer service for a company that tries to be high end . The ball that holds it on my wrist is stripped, they offer zero help. Now it's expensive garbage.

I feel so disappointed, bought a zen bracelet which ball came off, the ladies at the store asked to go l to the store where it was purchased (boca Raton store, fl) closed took an hour and a half drive for this excuse. I feel so bad, throwing my bracelet to the garbage because of this, come on guys

Been to the one in Cacún, both shops in Vegas, and now Lincoln Road in Miami. Always a great selection of unique jewelery for my girls. Never disappoints and never met staff this professional, not even at Tiffany's in NY or Chicago.
