I'm Oscar Gómez, I was in Miami for 6 days renting a car and the first day they took it from where it was parked for no reason. I went to the offices and the person in charge of the place, very despotic, treated me very badly and didn't give me the opportunity to explain to her that it's a robbery. and the government allows that, they take advantage of the tourist, they charged me 600 dollars, it is a THEFT

Thieves!!! If you go to south beach make sure you park on a garage or they will tow your car and for a single tow 1 mile away we pay over $600 less than 24 hours in storage, they charge a fee every 6 hours

Last Monday I went to get my car and the guy at front desk started to play game we don’t have your car. After I showed him GPS location he released the car. It was only 10 cars on the lot that day. Hard to do mistake.

Awful. They had my car for 1 hour and towed it only 1/2 mile away and wanted to charge me $550. It was also towed unnecessarily because my hotel made a typo on the license plate number at check in resulting in a tow. They did not care. Awful people just trying to screw you out of your money.

This place is an absolute SCAM. They get pay by the police and then victims have to pay them too. They take advantage of the less fortunate people. My 80 years old grandparents got towed on a day before holiday so they can pay extra money for their old car. No sympathy for no one.

Miami over all sucks as a city and its parking enforcement. This company and the Miami Beach Bill of Rights don’t help to really make people want to be in the area.
They only take cash or money orders which means they are not paying taxes. Maybe a call to the IRS would help!!!!!

These people literally tried to steal my car. I called the police they told me this company had it. I called the company they denied having it at least 4 times. I called the police back they said the company actually did have it and made a mistake, she just "didn't see it." Car is in the very front of the tow lot. Called back again and the company just hung up 4 times in a row then put me on hold and refused to answer. I walk into the place I can see the people answering everyone's call and rejecting mine because I called the police and they lied to try to steal my car. Front desk lady literally told me to report it as stolen and then refused to answer calls after the police confirmed they had it.
They charged me $448 - they lied about the charges and the date my car was towed basically just because the front desk lady has a power trip and lied to try to incur extra charges and steal my car. My car was towed at 2am the same day, they charged and wrote a date earlier than they even received the car on my windshield. They also searched my car without permission and charged for it, and added $100 administrative fee.
