My favorite place, María is a super polite employee, she has a nice personality and great empathy with the customer, she is always very attentive to her work and with a pleasant smile, every time I go to the store's Jewelry store I wish she were there. Thank you.

Super long lines, few registers open, slow personnel, distracted or talking with each other and ignoring customers. i had to walk out after waiting for 20 minutes and the line was not moving.

Monday and 10 ppl Are in the line . Just one Cashier is open .. Gus you should do better as this is tourist location !!! It’s unacceptable.. ppl living with out purchase made as no one wanna be 15min… waiting … poor service

I find it ridiculous that there are only 2 cashiers and a line that is too long and they do not have more staff. The line does not move and the service is slow. I called the store asking for an explanation about the situation and the manager answered. She crudely told me today We only have two cashiers and that's why they treated me very rudely.
