The St. Regis Bal Harbour is an absolute gem where every detail has been thoughtfully crafted for an unforgettable stay. From the moment we arrived, the ambiance and attention to detail were impressive.
The beach experience was truly exceptional. Soft, clean sand, the gentle ocean waves, and comfortable loungers made it the perfect setting for relaxation. Everything we needed was provided, from plush towels to private changing areas. We ordered non-alcoholic mojitos without sugar, and they surprised us with delightful sugarcane sticks, which added a nice touch to the drink.
Our lunch at the hotel was just as outstanding. We each ordered a salad, and the quality of ingredients, the flavor combinations, and the dressing were all superb.
The St. Regis Bal Harbour is truly a place where luxury and comfort come together for an exceptional experience. We already want to comeback!

We have had an incredible experience at St. Regis Bal Harbour!! Every aspect of our stay has been tremendous. The staff is top-notch… a special shout out to Kevin B. who saw that we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the beach. His hard work, and personality that made us feel right at home, is an example of all the staff here! Thank you!

Great stay. We’ll def come back. We also had dinner at the Ritz, just to compare, and (based on admittedly a cursory look), am glad we picked the St. Regis.

Sami and Gianni were so amazing they made our stay everything and more. Honestly I can’t say one negative thing, our whole entire stay was beyond 10star service and they couldn’t have done enough for my husband and I. Truly a special hotel with staff that is on it and really cater to your needs.
Our room was amazing, they upgraded us, made dinner reservations for us and didn’t miss a beat. Trust me stay here!!!!

Thank you so much, Ernesto (manager) for your hospitality! We came to this gorgeous resort from Tampa so that we were safe during Hurricane Milton. Everyone is extremely friendly, the gym is great, we appreciated the bike rentals, the pool is a nice area, and the room was clean/spacious. We enjoyed room service and coffee on our patio. We kept saying “I wish we lived here!” Unfortunately, we didn’t get an opportunity to enjoy the complementary champagne toast, but maybe next time! Thank you for the complementary coffee as well. The fresh flowers and lovely aroma in the lobby are a nice touch.

Props to the valet team for making the St. Regis a fun place for locals to visit. Jake Nixon, Pedro, and Daniel are super friendly and take very good care of me and my standard transmission (!) car, when I stop by the hair salon (more props to the amazing Oren!) and visit Atlantikos (for delicious lunches with another very inviting and cordial team).

Wow every single aspect of our stay was BEYOND 5 stars. Staff was so meticulous any had an eye for every detail and needs our family needed. This was our 4 th time and the staff in this hotel never fail to surprise me. Insane service & actually caring! This hotel will always be our home when visiting Miami!

Very nice two night stay. Minor inconvenience with the room AC not working correctly. Director of room services immediately upgraded us to a suite. Staff was amazing, breakfast was wonderful, amenities were top tier. Highly recommend this resort property.

Our stay at the Saint Regis Bal Harbour Resort was a complete disaster, and I am absolutely furious. Having stayed at many luxury hotels worldwide, including the Saint Regis in Aspen, we expected a similar level of excellence here. Instead, it was the worst hotel experience of our lives.
The room and bathroom were covered in dust (see pic attached), causing everyone’s allergies to flare up. We were all sneezing non-stop because of the filth. How can a supposed 5-star hotel be this dirty?
We immediately called for a manager upon seeing the dirty room. The front desk assured us that someone would come up immediately, but no one ever showed up. When we finally got hold of the manager, Ernesto, he did not provide service anywhere near par. The staff’s dismissive attitude was infuriating and made it clear they didn’t care about our concerns.
While I was out, I ordered food for the kids. My oldest daughter had to go to the lobby to pick it up because we knew room service would take forever. The woman at the front desk treated her like she didn’t belong there, making her feel incredibly uncomfortable. When my daughter called the front desk to ask for utensils, it took over an hour, and they never arrived. There were no cutlery or plates in the room, so she had to feed our little one with coffee straws. This is unacceptable! They did bring ice to our room, which we didn’t ask for. When my daughter mentioned needing cutlery to the person delivering the ice, she was told it should be on its way, but it never came.
My daughter tried to turn on the shower for my little one and found the handles covered in a clear, sticky substance. This was beyond gross and completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone a Saint Regis.
The room lacked basic amenities like tissues and toothpaste. To make matters worse, we even found holes in the walls (see pics attached). Are you kidding me? This is absurd for a luxury 5-star hotel. The charging ports were covered in dust, posing a serious safety and fire hazard.
To make matters worse, the curtains in our room did not work. We tried using the button near the door and the screen next to the bed, but the main curtain was jammed. Only the sheer curtains worked, blocking zero sunlight. After a long night, we couldn’t even sleep in the morning because the sunlight woke us up at 6 AM!
We paid $2,000 per night expecting a 5-star experience but instead felt like we were staying in a 2-star motel. The lack of basic amenities, horrible service, and the feeling of being unwelcome were infuriating. This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had.
I am absolutely disappointed by our stay at the Saint Regis Bal Harbour Resort. The room was dirty, the service was atrocious, and we were completely neglected. We will never return and strongly advise others to stay far away from this hotel if they value their money and sanity. This was a disgrace to the Saint Regis name.

Our first time staying at this beautiful property and it exceeded our already high expectations! My wife and I had the best time at the St Regis Bar with our amazing server Matthew who made our experience very special. He not only got some wonderful pictures of my wife and I, but also made excellent recommendations. The food and drinks were exceptional, and some of the best we’ve ever had - from the sushi rolls (the Astor and The Grand were standout) to the smoked old fashioned and the watermelon martini.
The spa experience was also wonderful, my massage therapist Marisol was amazing! We will definitely be back to this incredible resort!
