This tailor shop is excellent, but the prices are astronomical. Bring clothing here that you spent a lot on or that has real sentimental value because for as many years as I've been a customer I've always received excellent results. I found Perfect Fit when two separate clothing shops on Lincoln Road recommended I give them a try. Since then, I've learned that many of the high-end shops, as well as the restaurants for their uniforms, go straight to The Perfect Fit. So do I.

I recently visited The Perfect Fit for the first time to have two pair of pants altered. Horaccio greeted me with enthusiasm to assist. He offered his expert views for the length of the pants given the material. I returned the following week with four more pairs of pants given the quality of the first visit. He altered one pair while I waited. I am a fan and now also a friend. His tailors are experienced, professional and take pride in their work. I highly recommend having the The Perfect Fit handle all your alterations and custom tailoring.

Original hem hem. What does this mean? I'll explain a real professional hemming is when the seamstress removes the original hem, cuts the fabric to shorten, and reattaches the original hem which gives a seamless untouched i hemmed look. Great job! $30 for wide leg size 4 jeans.

I left a dress here for 8 days and told them it was for an important event. They assured me it was going to be ready as it was a simple tightening of a strap. When I came to pick it up they could not find it and then once she did it was not altered. Beyond unprofessional and quite unpleasant people who work here and then was rude when I asked for my money back. I do not recommend this placeService: Alterations

Really disappointing experience and I still don't have my item. I was visiting from out of town and had a shirt altered ahead of a wedding and paid extra for a quick turn around. I wasn’t given opening hours - the times are not on the ticket and have been wiped off the store front. I arrived just after they closed at 6pm and then had to fly out of town without my item. Emails and repeated calls have gone unanswered. I've just managed to get through after 5 days was told they are too busy to help and they ended the call. I've not been able to arrange for my expensive item to get to me and would expect better service given the cost.Service: Suit tailoring
