At first I was a little disappointed Porter Robinson’s original venue in Miami changed to The Fillmore, but it worked out. Thankful for the free water dispenser on the first and second floors. The water fountains were out of order. The air conditioning is also quite powerful.
Loved the view I had in the seating area— wanted to be in the standing room only portion, but wasn’t sure how my ticket would work for that. Plenty of staff and security, as well as people working the bars.

The Filmore is a cool venue for concerts. Can get a little crazy but still one of the best options in south Florida especially for smaller artists! I don’t like how they do their General admission. I’m moving forward would rather buy seats.

Had so much fun here. There were no problems, especially with A/C. I didn't feel hot in here at all, and normally, that would be the case. And I got to see my favorite artist here!!! Tems ?

This classic 1950s era, large 2,400 seat venue needs a bit of tender loving care (interior design, lighting, seating, concessions, flood prevention). In 2022 the Fillmore received a $29 million renovation grant so improvements will be coming. I went to see the International Ballet Festival. It was a lovely multi-cultural review of paired ballet. Efficient entry process with metal detector screening. Quick service at the retro lobby bar. Expensive drinks ($20-30). Lots of legroom but uncomfortable chairs. Subpar consession stand selling bags of chips. Good idea to take a sweater because the AC is kept very high. Inexpensive parking ($1-2 per hour) available at the Miami Beach Garage a block away (17th and Pennsylvania).

Terrible staff, hostile security, and overall not a good place to host a hip-hop show nor anything where young people come together to enjoy themselves. Witnessed countless of kids being slammed, choked, and quite frankly assaulted. Security seems to enjoy abusing their power at this venue. Even saw security make fun of kids having a good time. What a miserable location. Don’t come here.

WORST venue in Miami!! By far the most UNORGANIZED mess ever. I went to see Lucki and I paid for a floor ticket to go into the pit (standing area). I arrived 3 hours EARLIER than door time and was easily one of the first people to get their ticket scanned and allowed into the venue. When I try to go to the floor they tell me that they can't let me in because they ran out of wristbands... EXCUSE ME???? And then they have the audacity of telling me that it's first come first serve to get a wristband. So you're telling me that I arrived THREE hours earlier and was one of the first people in line and y'all didn't give me a wristband? When I tell them that I paid for floor and was very early they just yell at me to go sit down very aggressively. Mind you, they tell me all of this when the floor is barely half filled. It turns out their protocol for handing out floor wristbands is to go into the middle of the line and scan any random person in no particular order, meaning that it's absolutely not first come first serve since I was super early and was completely skipped. There were a ton of people complaining like me as to why they were sat down in the back and not allowed in the pit. The management and staff of this place are super rude and complete a**holes. I never write bad reviews for anything but it's surprising how much of a terrible hot mess this awful venue is. Aesthetically it's beautiful but the way it's managed is incredibly poor that it baffles my mind, I genuinely haven't seen this poor of a management in any venue I've been to.

Franco Escamilla's show is very bad.
The scenery was terrible, the TV screens were toys, I really didn't like it.
The worst escamilla show

Great venue. Just saw T-Pain perform live and was impressed by audio and visual production. Bring someone to drink while waiting in line to get in!

yo bro they SUCCCKKK. very unorganized , broke , and rude. i told the staff that i paid for VIP general admission for the Ken Carson concert and they continuously told me “no more wristbands left” so it’s whatever. i go back inside of the venue and i try to communicate with them and show them my online ticket where it says i am VIP and they brushed me off and told me to sit down. and honorable mention, $6 water.
