Dirty, dingy, terrible service. Roaches, smells like mildew, even walls are dirty. I complained and asked for a refund, and was refused. Now I am disputing with credit card company. DO NOT COME. Hotel was flooded and they still would not refund my money. They said they would refund my incidentals deposit, and then recharged me for it a week later! SCAM, nasty hotel.Noteworthy details: Nasty as hell.

I'm very glad with my stayed in Catalina.The room was comfy after a long day on the beach.They are 1/2 block from the beach, so the location is SPECTACULAR!Staff were very helpful and professional.Clean and I received towels every time I needed extras....

I went with my family to eat after having a great day at the beach. I cannot stress it enough how great their customer service was! Our drinks and food were delicious, The ambience was great.

The only positive is the location and staff at mini restaurant under hotel. First off WHO DOESNT PROVIDE RAGS to wash up ?!!!! And makes you go out your hotel building to another in order for you to wash up ?! Secondly, they charged us for 2 WATERS THAT WE DID NOT DRINK AT ALL , bc the mini cart prices was already TOOOO HIGH. 3rd we DIID NOT EVEN GET THE ROOM WE PAID FOR ! 4th neither did we get our 100 dollar deposit back ! 5th the room, hotel, and elevator is not what we expected at all with the pictures that was on website. 6th they do not answer the phone at allll to this day! No help no nothing! I DO NOT RECOMMEND! DO NOT STAY HERE

The hotel is absolutely horrible , they will show you pictures that look good and might make you think the price is worth it , but in reality the hotel smells absolutely bad, the rooms are dirty and you find a better bathroom at a hostal than at that hotel, I literally could not stay more than 1 minute in that room and they refuse to refund me, keep yourself away from this hotel.

Terrible service and so dirty. They cleanthe room but don’t bring towels. So when we took a shower we had to go to the hotel next door to ask for towels, then wait for someone to bring it from somewhere..

THEY ASK FOR A DEPOSIT OF 100 DOLLARS AND THEY DO NOT REFUND IT. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTE. The brunette girl at the front desk lied to me by telling me that the money was going to be released at 12 at night, that never happened, and when I called the hotel they washed their hands of it saying that it was still being processed. I am leaving Miami having lost those 100 dollars and no one took responsibility. Terrible hotel, I do not recommend it at all, dirty rooms, missing toilet paper, towels, they did not give me the room I had reserved, but another one. The attention leaves a lot to be desired.

Charged twice Still not refunded like I was told . Been over a month . No one contacts anyone back , unprofessional. I stay at south beach properties often but this one is not worth the headache .Food & drinks: Average at best

This place is dirty, the stuff is incompetent and they do not refund the holding fee. I wouldn’t recommend it. Firstly, the rooms are small and feel like a prison cell. Secondly, I had to switch rooms due to there being no curtains in the room I was put in. They had to move me into another room which had no towels, was dirty and the snacks were already eaten. I went downstairs to let them know of that but did nothing about it. It’s not worth it, I would recommend you spend a little extra for a nicer hotel.

Nice but very dirty everything! I had to ask them to clean my room twice because on the third day there were already bugs and sand. Zero maintenance of common spaces. The girls at the reception first serve you as if they were doing you a favor, then they leave. The music from the rooftop pool is terrifying and very loud! The wifi does not reach the other pool. Would I go back? Yes, because it has an excellent location and because I adapt to everything.

Please if you are willing to spend a little extra money don’t stay at this hotel!! Pictures are different than reality.The great thing about this hotel is PRICE and LOCATION. Great thing I booked the room thru AirBnB and they helped me to move out from this hotel and get a refund.They said it’s a smoke free property, when I got in the room it smells like a strong bleach, then when it’s gone I smelt a combination between smoke odor and bleach that made me sick. Room was small and damp. Bad air circulation but again PRICE and LOCATION is GREAT for Miami.As what some reviews said it’s pretty noisy specially when you walk on the hallway.I’m definitely not coming back though.Memories are more precious than money. If u need a vacation you deserve something better.

RACISM THEFTS DIRTY3 hour wait for check in with multiple baggage and a 1 year old!My husbands $7,000 pendant for his chain was stolen out our room when we left the room for only 20mins!!!!!!3 people walked in on me 3 different times while getting my toodler prepared for the day!Muggy sweaty musky wet thick air in the rooms!Took multiple people for reservations that we came before!! Ruined my whole trip!! Trash !!!Safety: Worst stay ever!

booked through airbnb and got lucky with a spacious, quiet room on the third floor. our room was above the mexican restaurant and to access our room we had to walk through it every time, that was not mentioned anywhere in the airbnb description. service was mediocre, we asked for towels multiple times for beach and personal use- took three hours and a lot of asking to get them. it was a mediocre property, has a beautiful lobby but also has dingy halls with the exit sign falling off. Our room was clean and bed sheets were obviously fresh, but our king bed did not have a bottom sheet. Instead it was a top sheet tucked in. As long as your room is clean you’ll have a decent stay in a great location. great spot for college kids!
