I love Ted Baker’s design and have only had good experiences so far. Especially in Munich and London.When I visited the store in Miami I bought two nice outfits and a cute little handbag.After two days the bag started to change color on the back side. Nobody could explain why. In the beginning it was just a little area, but when it started to extend I wanted to give the bag back.The lady in the store refused to take it back. She had no understanding for my concern.Instead the offered me two other bags of which one was a used exhibit and the other had a broken seam.Great costumer service, as you would and usually can expect from Ted Baker, looks different.Go and get Ted’s but not in this store ?

Worst customer service. Blatantly rude employees who treated me like I was annoying them for asking a question about sizing. My husband and I left without purchasing anything. I truly think that's what they wanted. Maybe the man was racist and assumes a black man and an asian woman don't have money to spend. Maybe he was having a bad day. Either way they lost a sale.

I absolutely love this store... I have never felt pushed or persuaded into buying anything in this store... The staff are such nice sincere people.. they will not tell you that dress looks fab if it doesn't... they will however get you the dress that does..ðŸ˜ðŸ‘...

If you're interested in cutting edge fashion, this is the place. Beautiful clothes, and great accessories. I've bought shirts, shorts, and just recently a leather briefcase with beautiful lining. Top notch!

Extremely disappointed, I bought an expensive business style skirt and it ripped 10 mins later I put it on...it fit me, i actually bought it a size bigger...the only reason I'm giving them 2 it's because I love their style And my husband has been lucky with them.

I visited Ted Baker last week and purchased two dresses for a wedding when I only needed one. I love ted baker but have always been intimidated by the store for some reason as I was by but all that was set to rest when I walked in! I was greeted by two young ladies full of energy and a big Hello! They showed me around the store, explained the prints and let me try on things (that I honestly would never have some of the prints are a bit bold for me I thought) but as one explained "hanger and body are two different looks don't judge a shirt by the hanger" I thought that was funny and tried on! To my amazement what I was overwhelmed by was so flattering. A black dress with peaches?!? But it worked! I continued to try on dresses as they brought different styles (I felt like pretty woman (when she can actually shop) with the attention and fun attitude i was recieveing!) I ended up spending AN HOUR in this store and leaving with two dresses I may be paying off for a while but so worth it! ThNk you Amanda and Nancy for your help ! You know how to make a girl feel welcome and beautiful. I'm a skater girl dress girl for life now thanks to them! I will be back!!
