Rude staff. I went in to ask about switching and couldn’t get much information about costs. Person helping me didn’t speak very good English so communication was a problem. He wanted very personal information to set up account and I told him I won’t give any personal info until I know the details to switch over. At this point the other staff basically told me that this is not the place for me then. Because of this I didn’t switch and I won’t with such bad service and attitude of staff.

Erica was the best. She helped me to get my phone number back after my phone was lost. loved the attitude and helpfulness of the staff.

Best T-mobile store we've even been to. Lost our phones and ID while paddle boarding, they helped us get everything sorted right away. We had gone to a different store an they were not helpful.

Was on vacation and my phone totally died. I believe it was Armando who helped me. He helped me upgrade my phone and made sure it was ready to go before I left so I wouldn't have any other issues. Great customer service! Especially being from out of state.

Worst experience ever. Went for a warranty exchange that corporate approved and they denied me my phone. Manager has no professionalism, just a no and didn't even try to help me find another option. Worst tmobile ever and I'm currently on the phone with corporate. Let's see how they like this.

I came in and I was met by Leo who just looked at me and spoke in Spanish immediately and spoke back in English. After that I understood that he didn’t speak English because when I asked him several questions and expressing that I want to pay in cash, he did not respond. When I gave him my info he began trying to sell me a plan and I said explicitly I want to pay and leave. The other employee came in and said he is doing his job and as I was insulting them by trying to leave asap.Now let me make it clear, I am in middle of white Jewish neighborhood in Miami Beach so if he doesn’t speak English then don’t hire him there. Also I don’t have to fluent in Spanish considering that I speak another 4 languages but I don’t have to. Also tell them client is not wrong when they want to pay and leave (not my issues your pay system!!).

I tried very hard to have patience with T-Mobile. I'm using them for Internet services in the last four months. I have called them every single week about connectivity. They keep telling me that it's going to be resolved. They sent me out a new tower. They've done everything you could possibly believe the Jacquelyn rounds and now I called and the 800 number is disconnected. Happy T-Mobile's 800 number we disconnect. so now I go did you mobile on Lincoln Road which is the biggest group of morons I've ever met and that's been polite I explained what did situation was and how many times I show them how many times I had service calls and I said to them what's your 800 number any chance we said we have to find out from the manager we don't really quality 800 number the manager was with a friend/customer/hook up I will get an hour and 40 minutes the guy finally walks over to me I tell him the tower is not working I'm not getting any signal and I want to return this. He said to me he can't take away the chain for T-Mobile because the Internet division is different than the phone division and I said to him isn't that the same Internet tower I have he says to me we sell it but that's all we do is sell it then I asked him for the 800 number for Internet services. He wasn't sure if they had one he finally. comes back to me after waiting another 35 minutes and says to me they no longer have the 800 number. She said that's no problem. Just shut my service off now and I'll I'll get a return label and I'll send the tower back myself. can you please print me a return label. He says to me he's not able to print a return label for anything but the phone I asked him why he replied to me. He was never taught how to do it for an Internet tower. This is the manager. he says, can I take your number and I'll call you back just give me until Monday. It was a Friday I've had no calls. I walked by the store yesterday. Everybody had something to do when I walked in and the manager was not there and the girl tells me he's in the back he doesn't want to come out so that shows you the quality of people the T-Mobile hires you know I have to tell you Ryan Reynolds who is your friend bet me $1000 that if I would have. his cellular service for a year he gave it to me for a year free he said to me all you have to do is write about your experience, and I have to tell you I have had excellent service wherever I have traveled every once in a while, the band with all be a little bit you know slow, but it has constantly worked and he has a special right now. If you buy a one year plan, he gives you three months free just check out the prices you'll save a fortune. It's under $200 for a whole year. How could you not do it.
