My b-day was yeaterday. I walked in for a moonswatch. (I'm a watch guy) JJ the sales rep asked me what watch I desired. I told him the blue one (Neptune) he came right out with it. I'm sooo happy!

Great service …replaced my battery on both my watches, replaced the band and got a new swatch watch… the black salesman with the beard did an excellent job.. this makes me want to patronize the stores more since I order online and this is my first store experience.. will visit the stores more often

My first time buying at SWATCH, I really liked the attention provided by Marcelo and Joel A+ I was only going to buy 1 watch and I ended up buying 3 LOL. The only bad thing was that I had to wait more than 1 hour to enter and the store was very hot, the A/C did not work

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Swatch store in Miami Beach Lincoln Road to pick up the Omega Super Blue Moon, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. Despite the Miami heat, the staff ensured everyone in line was comfortable, even providing water, which was a thoughtful touch.
Once inside, I was warmly greeted by the sales associate, Jason, and the Manager, both of whom were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were transparent about the availability of the watches, which I greatly appreciated. Their honesty and professionalism made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
The store itself was clean and well-organized, adding to the overall positive experience. From the customer service to the final purchase, everything was handled with care and attention. I couldn’t be happier with my visit and my new watch. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience when I went to purchase the blue moon omega swatch. Jason was great and he really made sure to make every customer feel special and have everyone enjoy the moment of the special event for the blue moon watch. Great experience overall, 10/10.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I had a bad experience with the old lady working there she was really rude telling me how could I help you I’m leaving in a few minutes in a ugly tone , she called my associates watch fake because he bought it from someone else than the shop at Lincoln road she sucks I really dont recommend this place BECAUSE OF HER.
