I have booked a private surf lesson at south beach Miami location
Tayler was my instructor and she has been amazing !! She first taught me the movement out of water as I was a complete beginner then we headed to the water
She really loves her job and knows how to teach and make you feel safe and confident
We took a few break as being hitter by the constant waves can become tiring, we don’t realize that :) hahah
She really adapts to what we want to do, how we feel
I really enjoyed this experience and would recommend 10/10
We also tchatted on various topic and sharing each other good vibes were really a must
I can know say that I surfed :)

The dressing rooms have no ceiling and there are cameras looking right into them.

Fuyez, arnaque à touristes!!!!!! Je me suis fait alpaguer dans la rue alors que je n’avais rien demandé à personne. Je me suis retrouvée à devoir payer une attraction que je ne voulais pas. Bien sûr paiement uniquement en espèces et remboursement demandé 30 secondes après refusé !!!!!!!

I don't really recommend this place. We got a tour to go to Key West and the bus never stopped at our hotel and we were left behind. I called the company and explained what happened and they said the manager will collect us to bring us to the bus, that never happened and we were waiting and wasting our time. They then told us we were not outside the hotel when the bus came and they had pictures to prove this, this was another lie as I took a photo of us standing outside the hotel before the bus came and left us behind. At the end they offered us a car to go to Key West but it was already very late and we ended up paying 74 additional dollars for fuel and tolls.

Shady practices, I would sincerely advise you not feeding their tourism business.My mother has a medical condition making it impossible to ride a bus for 8h a day and the woman who allegedly insisted for us to book straight away, refused to issue a refund when we realized the trip was nothing like what we initially planned and discussed.I was very polite and respectful, calmly explaining why their trip presentation was unclear and did not suit our family needs. I received a rude, non comprehensive and unpleasant customer service with the woman sitting on the front desk, she was not willing to help us in any way while I handed her 50$ in cash literally 30 seconds earlier.That’s not the way you should properly run a customer oriented business in the United States.

My 9 year old daughter had a surfing lesson today on SoBe Miami and she absolutely loved it! Dana was her instructor and she was really excellent and it was great that Girard booked a lady to teach her. My daughter smiled all the way and even managed to get and stand on the board more than once.
I would highly recommend it if you want to keep your kids occupied to book a lesson with these guys. Thanks so much Girard.

Son bought a pair of sunglasses and immediately realized they were too small. Try to return within 5 minutes of purchase but ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No sign was posted regarding this practice even though they claimed there was a sign. I asked the manager to point it out and he admitted that he “wasn’t sure what happened to it”. The only notice was on the receipt, which they kept pointing out and which I told them WAS TOO LATE as the item had already been purchased by that point. They were inflexible and rude at this point - telling me to relax and calm down. At not point did I raise my voice.

Many 1-piece and 2-piece women's bathing suits, swim trunks/ shorts for men. No dressing room to try on, no returns but exchanges are permitted ( I was told). Souvenirs, too. Salespeson was helpful. Cashier's counter is ~4.5 feet off the floor... chin height.

When the salesperson help me, the price of t−shirt was raised by $2.$12.99→14.99??I didn't understand what casher were saying.

Let me start off by saying this review is based solely on my opinion and my opinion alone. We walked in looked around, they have different types of clothes options from hats, shirts, shorts etc, the prices were reasonable too.

When coming to one of these places- it just is what it is. It's mainly because you forgot something, ran out of something or didn't know you needed something. A bit overpriced but they all are to be honest. No public bathrooms is a negative. Also the umbrella we purchased broke in its second use. Currently trying to figure out how to get the beach mats home.
