Much respect to him, the knowledge, and attention to detail. The entire staff as a unit are all talented, and masters at their own craft. Shift training is a great combination of personalized attention and a multitude of training options. The space offers everything needed for a varied workout each and every session. I appreciate the attention to detail - the area is always clean, organized and nice and cool (well appreciated in miami heat). The trainers are always friendly with a warm greeting. Casey started by asking about my goals and challenges and makes sure to tailor my program with them in mind. He always checks in to make sure I’mOn track and offers support and guidance. He is constantly reevaluating if any of my goals have changed. Safety is always top priority. Every session is well thought out and planned while still being able to pivot and adjust if need be. Cannot recommend Casey at shift enough!

SHIFT is the perfect gym for someone who wants a hard core work out, but still in an upscale (but approachable) environment + great neighborhood. Parking is easy and abundant. The trainers are super knowledge and professional. My experience with Casey has been outstanding and I will continue to work with him and the team at SHIFT.

This is a review for Alex Osbourne and his HITT Hard class on Wed., Fri., and Sun. It's a great class that wears me out for a day or so. Alex has an infectious personality that makes the class a lot of fun. For those that have differing abilities, or may be nursing an injury, Alex works with them to provide alternative exercises and insure they are included. I have recruited several friends to participate in the class.

This is a really cool personal training spot and the owner Cody is very professional and friendly. I work out with Tarra Martinez who is one of the best trainers I've ever had. She always gives me the type of workout I need to feel great! Two thumbs up!

Coming from a wellness concierge and fitness expert perspective, I can't say enough about the high quality of U-Fit... the facility itself, including the lay-out and choice of state-of-the art functional and creative equipment is incredible, and combined with having top-notch trainers, and an owner who truly cares about meeting the needs of his clientele, you can't go wrong choosing this place!
