I like this place. Closest storage I can find near the beach. It's a local small business and for me that is awesome. 24hr access and Anthony has been so super friendly and nice. Love it so far!

Anthony is one of the nicest, hardworking and accommodating people to ever manage a storage space. He’s always been there when we needed late-night access. I also feel extremely trusting of the entire facility and I’ve already highly recommended it to my friends. Thank-you 5/5.

Fake Uhaul rental location. You make the reservation and they will not give you the truck. Don't use under any circumstances.

I've been with South Beach Storage for a year now, I was at Cubesmart and my lease was terminated due to remodeling they were building bigger units so I had to go. Nicole (owner/operator) at SBS assisted me in finding a suitable unit, being a locally owned and operated company emphasized customer experience above all. As a local she understands the needs and desires of the South Beach community, whether you are permanent resident or a "snow bird" South Beach Storage is the place, to keep your things safe.

Unbelievably horrible. I have been at this place for too long and I've had nothing but problems.I just got off the phone with a "lady" who represents South Beach storage and was not only yelled and cursed at because I had an issue that was their fault, but I was also hung up on.I have never had such an unprofessional engagement with anyone.I pay for 24 hour access, I call when I can't access my unit, and I get yelled at. Wow.This isn't the first time it's happened either.I also suspect there are people living in one of the units and seriously question the security if this place if they can't even spend the money for a combination lock after this being a regular issue.

Not only did they move my things into a “rooftop” unit that I literally cannot physically access, they also have no ladders on site to be able to get to your things. The top is also open, which allows anyone that DID have a ladder to access it.I’ve been emailing, calling, even texting the previous manager, who I guess no longer works here to try to cancel my unit because I don’t live in state. I have received no response from anyone. I am at the point where I may actually contact the police because I can’t get a response from this business and the phone number online is someone’s cellphone with a full mailbox.This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any storage facility and I almost want to say business in general. How they are still operating is beyond me. Do not rent here.

I would rather be Kanye west PR team than deal with south beach storage again. Undoubtably the most unprofessional and disorganized establishment in Florida. Pitiful

DO NOT STORE HERE!!! >> Terrible customer service (they yell at you), refused to fix the lighting during my entire 1-year contract so I had to use a flashlight every time I visited my unit (said they needed an electrician to change the light bulb???, but never fixed it), allowed people to store large items such as couches/bikes/construction equipment in the hallways so it was impossible to reach my unit without moving it myself. They even allowed dirt bikes filled with fuel to be stored inside which caused the place to reek of gasoline. I'm attaching pics from when I moved out in August...clearly shows the disaster this place is and the non-existent management oversight. I asked many times for the lights to be fixed so I could see and to remove the trash in the hallways, only to be reminded I signed a 1-year lease and couldn't break it...clearly no customer service. It's a money pit, so take your business elsewhere!!!

Don’t go there it’s a joke!! No lights No AC all I heard was excuses. Don’t be foul by Nicole.She had me fill all paperwork and get my payment cause she was going to a meeting that never happen. Once I got there that I saw the unit I told her I wasn’t happy being that it was hot inside and there was No lights. Also the ceiling was wide open for anybody to jump in and steal your things. I told her I didn’t want the unit So she broke my contract and hasn’t returned my money back. Thank god I took the time to go there first.

I think this business is a joke and a *****. I called to reserve a storage place and ****** was helpful on the phone and wanted to have all the paperwork done cause she stated that she had a meeting so she took all my information and payment me thinking that everything was right by the time I would get there. Well what a joke!!! First there was no parking at the place so I called her back and asked where to parked. She said she would open a garage door that was blocking the side walk. So I walked to the office and she wanted me to signed before showing me the storage space. At the time she kept getting phone call and she was fighting with the person and through her phone on a desk which I found odd in front of me. Finally when to the storage space and god did I have a surprise. The unit had things inside that had to be removed to another space. I also found odd that the unit wasnt protected on the ceiling and anybody could Climb and get my personal stuff. So at this time I was getting a bad vibe about the place. I proceeded to get my things when I asked for tge lights to be turn on and she stated the lights wasn't working. Only 1 light was working and it was in front of the garage door. Also I asked that it was extremely hot and it was 90 degrees in the units and she stated again that the ** Units was being service at the time. This is South *******. There was no service company on site and she came to me with a ** unit filter. At that time I proceeded to tell her that I wasnt happy and that there was to many issues starting with her and that I wasnt going to rent the unit and wanted my contract void and my money back. She started to go off on me and broke my contract but hasnt giving me my credit back to my bank for the payment. Everytime I make contact with her its a different story I will file in small court my money. This is a business that shouldnt be in business. This place is a ***** and taking people money. This place needs to be closed down.

-0 Rating This storage facility is fraudulent. I made a one time payment over the phone and somehow was set-up for reoccurring payments. I moved out the unit also informing the facility through email and still was charged for the next month. I called several times no answer, left a message with no return called. Now disputing the charges with my bank. I would not recommend this facility, please look elsewhere....
