My partner took my car there yesterday to be washed and they left much to be desired.
I had one of those hideous towing stickers that they were able to remove nicely but that’s about the extent of good service I got.
I entered my car and there was still dust everywhere. How do you get a car wash and there’s still dust on the dashboard? That’s a simple swipe of a towel.
Not to mention the subpar vacuum job they did. They just vacuumed the top part of my carpet. One of the worst car washes I’ve ever gotten can’t lie. These was still dust/crumbs on the seat.

Dangerous place for woman to go alone! Very disrespectful men. Car still dirty. Gross and rude.

Did not clean the car. Car was returned filthy they did not wipe down the wheel trim. They did not clean any of the glass and they left whole bugs on the car. when I asked them to clean it properly, tge woman who was cleaning it copped an attitude. A waste of my time and money.

there’s a reason this place has 3 stars, it would be 2 stars if it wasn’t for half the fake reviews
They wash the car and dry the car with dirty, old, stained towels. Whole front under the grill was still dirty and car was covered in white fibers and dust after being dried
Scratches on my car. There were multiple streaks and scratches on my car that were not there before I took it in. I keep my car in excellent condition and inspect it everyday. Obviously, according to them I came in with the scratches and it was not them who did it. Even though they were in 4 different places, fresh, and looked exactly the same.
They treat Ferraris and lambos well but anything besides that ,regardless if it’s a Benz or Honda, will never receive the same care or quality of service.
The staff was nice but the service they provide is absolutely not acceptable

Why pay for a car wash if you can do better than this place ? My car is all dirty after paying for a complete wash! Outside ? They use dirty towels so imagine how it is

I’ve told my husband to avoid this car wash place, dirty rims, they don’t clean bugs off the car at all, they don’t even open the trunk at all. Next time I’ll do a regular car wash for $5

$43 wasted, I’ve lived in Miami Beach for 20 years and I’ve taken my cars to this place like 3 times, every time is worse, it is like passing the car for a gas station car wash, save your money.

I basically paid to have water splashed on my car for $33, it may just be the worst car wash I ever got. 2 stars because even throwing water and soap is quantified as work so I cannot fault them for bamboozling me to seek services from an establishment that had horrible reviews.The staff were very kind, I just wish my car was clean after the service.In my honest opinion, save your money and just wait for it to rain or go elsewhere.

Rude people. Don’t go there. They always want to sell the interior wash, even is the car is new. They get angry if you don’t agree to pay for the interior wash.
