Skechers customer for years, came 1 hour before closing time Nov 13 a bit after 8pm. Associates were not that busy yet nobody cared to help me out. They were just distracted, but they saw me there and did not nothing. Either too lazy or too tired, or maybe they are not getting a commission like they do in NY, customer service there is way better. Going to take my business somewhere else

My friend and I visited the Skechers store on Lincoln Road yesterday, and we were lucky enough to be helped by a wonderful associate, Kimoia. She was incredibly patient and kind, even though we spent well over an hour trying on what felt like half the store!
Kimoia never made us feel rushed or like we were asking too much--even when we kept requesting another pair, and then another, and another! Her knowledge of Skechers and even competing brands was impressive, and her recommendations were spot on.
In the end, we both walked out with multiple pairs of shoes, and her excellent service was a big part of why we felt so confident in our purchases. Thank you so much for making our shopping experience such a positive one!

The Cuban girl who served forgot that you had placed an order, the other girls were chatting and did not attend to you. Half an hour waiting for them to tell you that they didn't have the number. Very bad attention!

Hi there! Been wanting to try the slip ons and other Sketchers so we stopped in Sat night 9/7/24 at your Lincoln Rd store. The first clerk (a young lady), we tried to engage but she kept walking away looking bored. Then arrives Jason..who spent about 30 mins with us trying to find my perfect Sketchers. Because I have an issue with my right foot toes, we had poor Jason goin back and forth to the stock room for every combination of size and width that would fit me well. It was an impossible task but Jason kept trying. In the end we were unable to buy due to one foot or another, but Jason should be recognized for his assistance. We will come back and use the "buy 2 and the second is half price". Thanks! JJ Plantation.
