I rented a car there for 4 days. I didn't get what I had previously booked. The transaction went smoothly and the employee was very friendly. After handing in, the toll fees were offset against the deposit. The rest would be about 20 dollars which I didn't get back. Was simply kept

Très mauvais accueil.
Après avoir attendu 30 minutes entre 9:00 et 9:30 le matin, l’employé s’est montré très peu coopératif ni commercial, m’informant que malgré ma réservation, il n’avait plus de voiture pour le moment et que je devais attendre plusieurs heures.
Seul bon conseil de sa part, aller voir ses collègues de l’agence de l’aéroport de Miami. Effectivement, ceux-ci ont été très accueillants et nous ont fourni une voiture de notre choix en quelques minutes.

We rented in Miami at Collins and left the car in Washington DC. Billy Baez told us that although the delivery time was 11:24 a.m., we could return the car until 5 p.m. without penalty, we also informed him that it was going to be a ONEWAY RENTING, since we had the intention of leaving the car in JacksonVille or even in Washington. AT NO TIME MR BILLY BAEZ INFORMED US OF THE EXTRA AND HUGE COST THE RENTAL WOULD HAVE IF WE RETURNED THE CAR IN WASHINGTON, I REPEAT WE WERE NOT INFORMED OF ANYTHING AND ALSO IN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT THERE IS NO INFORMATION ABOUT THIS EXTRA COST. When we arrived in Washington the employees of UNION STATION charged us 1 DAY MORE FOR HAVING DELIVERED THE CAR AT 3.p.m. (let's not forget that Mr. Baez told us that we had until 5 p.m.) and THEY INFORMED ME THAT I HAVE TO PAY 640 DOLLARS TO HAVE DELIVERED THE CAR IN WASHINGTON. IT IS RIDICULOUS THAT A RENTAL WHOSE COST WAS 323 DOLLARS, BE PENALIZED WITH 640 DOLLARS MORE AND WITHOUT NOTIFYING THE CUSTOMER IN ADVANCE, EITHER ORALLY OR IN WRITING IN THE SIGNED CONTRACT. I WILL MAKE A FORMAL CLAIM AND WILL MAKE IT PUBLIC ON ALL NETWORKS, YOUTUBE, INSTAGRAM, . BILLY BAEZ AND I HAVE NOT OBTAINED ANY RESPONSE FROM YOU. I DEMAND THAT I DO NOT BE CHARGED THAT PENALTY OF 640 DOLLARS FOR NOT HAVING BEEN INFORMED AND OF COURSE THAT THEY DO NOT CHARGE ME 1 MORE DAY OF RENT BECAUSE I DELIVERED THE CAR 2 HOURS BEFORE 5 p.m. I WILL NEVER RENT WITH SIXT AGAIN AND I WILL LET ALL THE EMPLOYEES OF IBERIA LÍNEAS AÉREAS, THE COMPANY TO WHICH I BELONG, KNOW.

Very friendly atmosphere when picking up the car at Sixt on Collins Street. The best man is Luis, he explained everything to us perfectly, even a little tricky things like handling the third row of seats, and he also installed the child seat in no time at all, thank you very much Luis!

Terrible treatment. We reserved a car and when we arrived to pick it up they told us that we had to wait at least 2 hours because they had not had the forecast for our car. They don't solve anything for us, neither cancellation nor change of office. We had to do it ourselves, change the reservation to pick him up at the airport paying more money. I do not recommend picking up cars at this office.
