Thieves and liars!!!!!! This store charged my credit card twice and I went back to get a refund and they told me I had to speak with my bank. Every time I call the store no one answers. Miami SCAM Artists don't not shop there.

Yaesl was extremely knowledgeable in the South Beach store! You can not return shoes for a store credit! Must exchange within 10 days. Not cool.

The salesperson we got wasn't so honest with us. The elastic laces to the shoes we bought were missing, but the cardboard that comes in the box (the elastic laces come wrapped around it), that cardboard was there. We went back and told her, but she said these shoes don't come with the laces, just with the cardboard. Huh??? So I emailed the company and never heard back from them.

Terribly sketchy shop. They said yeezy drop was delayed then they update their instagram page after deleting 3 posts with info saying delayed and then go and make a new post after all pairs are sold out. Karma happens when it needs to. Lost a customer after this one and I will be sure to spread the word on every site that has a review of this place.

If there was only one sportswear store to go to, it would be this one. A nice store, with a lot of choice and clothes that you can't find everywhere. The salespeople are great, attentive and help us a lot to guide us. Thanks to them and their smiles, our holidays are even better. Dedication to Atish who in 2 days helped us to choose, with a lot of kindness and patience. A very good salesman who listens and smiles. Hopefully when we get back there will be the same team!

If I could I would give zero stars! One of the workers wanted to beat me up because I got “too close†to his car which was parked outside right next to the store. I was parking outside the store and one of the workers ran out and started staring at me, when I asked him whats up he said I got too close to his car, didn't touch it but I got “too close†this spot was behind the spot I was parking in. I explained to him that I saw everything in my backup camera to only get shown the middle finger from him. I was scared to leave my car there to maybe get vandalized by him so I walked in this store to talk with him peacefully and figure this out. Once inside without even saying a word he got up right in my face, started verbally harassing me. I honestly felt endangered, the security guard that was working there didn't do anything to stop him and it looked like they were buddies so that made sense! This worker is African American and has a black four door infinity! I had to leave because he continued to harass me and was being very aggressive! When in my car leaving he ran out of the store again and started to yell things until I drove away! Shows the kind of people this store is hiring! If you you don't wanna be harassed DONT shop here, especially if you bring your kids with you be careful! Would like a response from the manager!
