Easily pumped gas, however the restrooms were not in working condition and the cashier was very sloppy and unenthusiastic about helping the patron.

This is only seen in Miami, nothing has a price and when you get to the cashier to pay they give you a price that is absolutely ridiculous, it is a theft, I am going to report it.

Monday march 20th at 10 a.m i bought faulty jumper cables from this Shell.. When I came back to return them the Manager refused to refund me the money then I said how about I get the better ones that hopefully wk fir $2 more, this simpleton said no again but after I talked w another manager was able to.. i know this is morally wrong but Can someone tell me if this is legally allowed by Shell? I rang to get his name and was toldthe managers name was Carlos no last name was given

User interaction with the pumps leaves too much to wish for. They push too hard their saving program to the point that if you don’t answer the same question every time you use their service you can’t gas up. I’m moving away!
