I think that Sally's should have people that know their products so when a client asks for help they know what they are talking about. I a. Upset because I've asked store clerk for help my hair. It turned orange after a clerk at Sally's North miami store told me to buy a light gray color to bring out my gray that is already showing. Well she sold me a toner in a light gray. After I bleached my hair I really didn't have color but only a toner and she said to use a 30 developer. MY HAIR TURNED ORANGE!! THE LAST SALLY'S I WENT TO CLECK SOLD ME A LIGHT GRAY TONER TO GET RID OF ORANGE. NOT TRUE!!!!! MY HAIR IS STILL ORANGE AND NOT ONLY THAT IVE SPEND ABOUT $100 AND STILL HAVE ORANGE HAIR!!!! NO MORE SALLYS FOR ME.IT IS NOW GOING TO COST ABOUT 2-3 HUNDRED TO FIX.. THANKS FOR NOTHING

When I came into this location of sally beauty store isn't always so much of selections to pick for hair coloring protection and other beauty supplies.. it needed make things more improvement and bring out more whatvit supposed to meet with expeditions ....... its even harder to communicate with someone who doesn't speak English without making any clarifty info....... i am not sure how to do other way as different option away from communication barrier thing.... costs need go lower for all of us without any issues.....

The staff is very helpful and friendly, and the store is decently stocked. However, I checked online for some oil clippers and it said this store location had it in stock. Lo and behold, no they do not have it in stock.

Bought some clippers here and tried to return them as they were faulty. They claimed they couldn’t return Clippers but the receipt clearly said you could return them if they were unused and with receipt. I came in on Sunday at 1pm and both the young girl and older lady were rude when I told them to read the receipt. I took my broken clippers and walked out. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!

I wasn’t expecting to be this pleased with my experience at Sally Beauty supply but I really and truly was.I ordered something online to pick up in store (eyelash glue remover is never there when you need it, am I right?) and the ladies working there were so helpful and lovely, I was positively floored.The product was good, as expected but the customer service was out of this world. Thank you!

Have only been here a few times to this location and it was always nice. This time the experience was awful. The prices have been raised on everything and there is no one to assist with questions. The line to check out takes forever and it was a whole, slow, rude experience for my friend to purchase a $3 bottle of nail polish.

Second time coming here , only for Mina:) I kinda walk in and totally have no idea with my messy hair. Mina's experience just make amazing change happened. She recommend me to color my boring black hair first. Then she showed me some pics and let me pick what I like. I totally trust her taste and it came out to be very good. Come here and go for her, trust here forever...haha... Strongly recommend.

The ladies that work at this store are SO RUDE!!! I have never had a pleasant experience in the store. I left work early today hoping to make it to the store but they were closed early due to covid and the hours are not updated on the website. They have a very tiny sign at the door when he i missed at first. I tried pulling the door but it was locked so i knocked the lady inside saw me and just looked at me and carry on totally ignoring me. It would of taken her less than a few seconds to say they are closed.
